The Harlot Church! By Pastor Bill Taylor A publication of My Father's House, inc. Volume 8/Issue 13 Prophecy: The Word that I’ve given you in this place that is going out even now will strike My elect like a punch to the solar plexus. It will sock the wind out of them. It will knock them on their face where they will cry out to Me in repentance that they have been so blind so long to the truths of what My church really is and what My gospel really is. Through this Word I will knock the winds of bad doctrine out of them so they can take a deep breath and breathe in My Spirit of Truth and they will be changed forever. Through My Word I’ve given you here the elect will gain a true perception of the gospel and of scripture truth. The work that I’m doing here is as big a work as I’m doing any place in the world today. I have chosen you, and I have given you a great and a mighty calling with powerful effect and great shall be your reward in Heaven. And great shall be the things spoken of you in the Heavens and in the earth for I am doing mighty things here, saith the Lord. (Prophecy delivered at "My Father's House") For the spirit of harlotry has caused them to stray, and they have played the harlot against their God. (Hos 4:12) Cease listening to instruction , my son, and you will stray from the Words of knowledge. (Prov 19:27) When people stop listening to the scriptures and the things that God says they turn away from what God says to other things. “These people draw near to Me with their mouth, and honor Me with their lips, but their heart is far from Me. And in vain they worship Me teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.” (Matt 15:8-9) The false church has to do something to give itself the appearance of being a church, so what it does is it comes up with things of it’s own to teach in place of the things of God. “Making the Word of God of no effect through your tradition, which you have handed down.” (Mark 7:13) So when people stop listening to the Word of God they start listening to something else. And the thing they start listening to is the words of men and traditions of men and then the words of men and their traditions become more important than the Word of God. And as this progresses such people fall into greater and greater apostasy because carnal man is wickedly self-pleasing and will continue to grant himself greater and greater liberties to indulge his flesh and to please himself and to do things his way instead of God’s way. So the church strays from God’s Word and that is the harlot church. Now, all of that leads to death. But concerning God’s true Church I write so that you may know how you ought to conduct yourself in the house of God, which is the Church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth. (1Tim 3:15) So where God’s real Church is God’s truth is not only there but the real Church is the pillar and ground of God’s truth, which means that God’s true Church stands up for all the truths of God’s Word. Everything in God’s Church is true. God’s Church is the habitation for God’s Word and the source of all truth, the Spirit of Truth. Now every time a new issue of the Glory of His Grace comes out, it exposes more of the deceptions and the deceits of the so-called churches around us today. And if every time we look at something that claims to be a church and we have to expose that they don’t have truth, what we are showing is that they are not God’s Church “the pillar and ground of the truth” but they are the harlot church because they have strayed from the truth. And if they’ve strayed from the truth Hosea says, “You are not My wife and your children are not My children.” (Hos 2:2,4) Because the spirit of harlotry has entered into them and they’re now listening to doctrines of demons and doctrines of men that make the Word of God of no effect. Remember God rejects all those who stray from His statutes for their deceit is falsehood. (Ps 119:118) And God has rejected these churches, who have strayed from His Word. Their deceit is falsehood. And how can you have a true Church if you don’t have a workman who can rightly divide God’s Word? God’s true Church must be the pillar and ground of the truth. How can you claim to have a true Church if your pastor can’t rightly divide the Word? In so many churches today even the Pastors don’t rightly understand salvation. For example concerning salvation sin leads to death (Rom 6:23) Righteousness leads to life. So that as sin reigned in death, even so grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey, you are that one’s slaves whom you obey, whether of sin leading to death, or of obedience leading to righteousness? (Rom 5:21; 6:16) Here’s what the harlot church has decided, “sin equals death but grace equals life. And it’s an absolute heresy in the way that they say and do it because they’ve eliminated righteousness and holiness whereas in the true gospel – grace leads the believer to obedience and obedience leads to righteousness and righteousness leads to holiness (without which no one will see God – Heb 12:14) And holiness leads to eternal life. (Rom 6:22) So the harlot church and the harlot christians have strayed from God’s Word and they don’t believe righteousness is necessary to salvation anymore. But the true Gospel shows you that righteousness is necessary for you to have eternal life. “For I say to you, that unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven.” (Matt 5:20) Sin equals death so to save you Jesus must get you out of sin and into doing righteousness. Little children, let no one deceive you. He who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous. (1John 3:7) And grace is God’s Spirit answering to my faith, freely given to get me out of sin, to break the power of sin, and cause me to be righteous and do righteousness so I can have eternal life. I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. (Gal 5:16) There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. (Rom 8:1) So in the true gospel of salvation, grace, the free grace of God, strengthens, empowers, and causes me to be righteous and do righteousness and that righteousness gives me life. And God’s grace picks me up and puts me in His Spirit of righteousness and gives me the strength to do righteousness and now I can attain holiness and eternal life. And what the harlot churches have all done, because they’ve strayed from listening to instruction, strayed from the Spirit and Bible, is they’ve decided they can have life because of grace when they don’t have righteousness and that proves they don’t even have grace. And you get the grace through faith. And since we can see they don’t have righteousness we know they don’t have grace and if we know they don’t have grace it’s because they don’t even have faith. They don’t even have faith. So what they do have is “they have a form of godliness but denying it’s power” (2Tim 3:5) They are not receiving by faith the power or grace of God to make them righteous. For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek. For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “The just shall live by faith.” (Rom 1:16-17) Now at “My Father’s House” we’ve published over fifty different titles of the Glory of His Grace and every one of them has exposed one or more major doctrinal errors in the harlot churches. When you add up how many different errors or lies these churches expound and believe it should give you a very clear idea that such churches don’t know God. They are not “the pillar and ground of the truth,” they are indeed synagogues of satan. Their houses are full of deceit. As a cage is full of birds, so their houses are full of deceit. Therefore they have become great and grown rich. (Jer 5:27) They cannot be considered churches of the living God when they are filled with lies instead of truth when the Bible defines God’s Church as the pillar and ground of the truth. And their deceit is to believe they are the Church of the living God and their deceit is falsehood. They are a church of lies and they are not God’s people and you are not going to be saved if you don’t get away from these wicked churches. God rejects them because they’ve strayed from His Word; and they despise His Word but love lies. Now one of their most heretical lies is the idea that a “believer” cannot lose his salvation. But it is easy to see the idea of “once saved always saved” is incompatible with the possibility that a believer can stray. If a believer can’t lose his salvation then he cannot stray. If a believer can stray then he can lose his salvation. So every scripture we have looked at that has indicated the possibility of a believer straying is another proof that “once saved always saved” is a lie. And a church that believes such a lie is not the pillar and ground of the truth and is not Jesus’ Church and they have been rejected by Jesus and their deceit is thinking they are saved and that they can’t lose their salvation- their deceit is a falsehood and they’re not God’s people; They are not even saved because to be saved is to be born of the truth (1Pet 1:23) God’s Word. And to be born of God means you hear God and are taught of God. But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you will abide in Him. (1John 2:27) “But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you. (John 14:26) “However, when He, the Spirit of Truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come. (John 16:13) So people who follow lies have either strayed concerning the truth (2Tim 2:18) or they never knew the truth in the first place. They were never even born again. We are of God. He who knows God hears us; he who is not of God does not hear us. By this we know the Spirit of Truth and the spirit of error. (1John 4:6) “Why do you not understand My speech? Because you are not able to listen to My Word. You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it. “But because I tell the truth, you do not believe Me. Which of you convicts Me of sin? And if I tell the truth, why do you not believe Me? He who is of God hears God’s Words; therefore you do not hear, because you are not of God.” (John 8:43-47) So a church that has strayed from the truth is a harlot church and “I will not have mercy on her children, for they are the children of harlotry.” (Hosea 2:4) We should have nothing to do with them except to tell them to repent and if they don’t repent you shun them. (2John 10,11) So the “believers” in a harlot church are not saved. And The purpose of the commandment is love from a pure heart, from a good conscience, and a sincere faith, (1Tim 1:5) A sincere faith must be founded on the truth of God’s Word and will produce the grace of Christ living in the believer together with all that implies. From which some, having strayed, (you couldn’t stray from the truth unless you began in the truth) have turned aside to idle talk, desiring to be teachers of the law, understanding neither what they say nor the things which they affirm. (1Tim 1:6-7) And the harlot churches are filled with people who are teaching a false way of salvation and try to tell you things about salvation that they don’t even understand themselves. They teach grace is just forgiveness when God’s Word says, For the grace of God that brings salvation (saving grace) has appeared to all men, teaching us that denying ungodliness and worldly lusts we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age. (Titus 2:11,12) And what most of them are teaching today is that grace saves you “We’re saved by grace through faith” just because we are believing in Christ that we’re saved whereas in reality we must believe for Christ to live in us and make us truly righteous. The Spirit of Christ in us causes us to live righteously in our behavior and in our thoughts. O wretched man that I am who will deliver me from this body of death? (Rom 7:24) Grace is Christ in us to overcome the sin in the flesh, the sin that makes our body a body of death. “I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord!” (vs 25) For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death. For if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body you will live. (Rom 8:2,13) And the Holy Spirit is called the Spirit of Grace. (Heb 10:29) And it is grace that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit. (Rom 8:4) Which indicates that the Bible is not talking about imputed righteousness here but fulfilling the real righteousness of God by the Spirit of Grace. And the Holy Spirit is here to make us righteous in our behavior; I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. (Gal 5:16) And so we have carnal people, children of harlotry, trying to teach a salvation they don’t understand just because they desire the position of a teacher. In some of them it is pride. As a teacher they like to be above the others. So they grab hold of the position to please their egos when they don’t even understand what it is that they are supposed to teach. Many churches have been ruined by ambitious fools that have brought their fleshly lusts for positions into the church and they have denied the Lord. And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. (Gal 5:24) But these people have not crucified their flesh. In others it’s a love of money. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness, (1Tim 6:10) strayed from the faith means this isn’t people that never knew God. Judas spent three years with Jesus. But Judas loved money more than Jesus. He strayed and he went after the money. The rich young ruler came to Jesus believing in Him but when Jesus said “the one thing you need to do now is sell all your goods and give them to the poor and follow me” the young man loved his money more than he loved Jesus. And when people who know the truth and the Word of God become greedy for money, money becomes their god. And to stray from God’s Word causes God to reject you. You reject the proud-- the cursed, who stray from Your commandments. (Ps 119:21) To be cursed means to be separated from God; rejected by God. Hymenaeus and Philetus are of this sort, who have strayed concerning the truth, (2Tim 2:17) So they must have known the truth but then they strayed. 2nd Peter speaks of it as a dog returning to his vomit. It would have been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness than having known it to turn from the Holy commandment. (2Pet 2:21) Indicating again they knew it but they turned away from it. Demas has forsaken me having loved this present world. (2Tim 4:10) For a while Demas seemed like a faithful servant. He was even mentioned by Paul in Colossians 4:14 and Philemon 24. But at some point Demas strayed and began to love the world more than he loved Jesus. Whereas regarding the faithful, And truly if they had called to mind that country from which they had come out, they would have had opportunity to return. But now they desire a better, that is, a heavenly country. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God, for He has prepared a city for them. (Heb 11:15-16) “Like a bird (chick) that wanders from the nest is a man who wanders from his place.” (Prov 27:8) It is deadly for a chick or very immature bird to wander from its nest. And that’s what the proverb is teaching; that a man who wanders (or strays) from his place is in as much danger as an unfledged chick. And we’ve all seen these little birds that have fallen out of their nest and they quickly become prey to predators or they just starve. So also A man who wanders from the way of understanding will rest in the assembly of the dead. (Prov 21:16) And one of the most common examples of wandering from the way of understanding is to leave the Word of God for the doctrines of the harlot church. Her house leads down to death, and her paths to the dead. None who go to her return, nor do they regain the paths of life. (Prov 2:18,19) My son, keep my words, and treasure my commands within you. Say to wisdom, “You are my sister,” and call understanding your nearest kin, That they may keep you from the immoral woman, from the seductress who flatters with her words. (Prov 7:1,4,5) The harlot church is a seductress, a flatterer. The harlot church doesn’t have the truth, it has deceptions instead of the truth and uses its deceptions to seduce you and tell you how everything is going to be alright, God loves you the way you are, and you don’t have to become holy or righteous, or obedient. The harlot church will try to seduce you away from the ways of righteousness. They want your money and support and they will tickle your ears and destroy your soul. By covetousness they will exploit you with deceptive words; for a long time their judgment has not been idle, and their destruction does not slumber. (2Pet 2:3) And because you do not receive the love of the truth but reject God’s Word, God will send you strong delusion that you may be condemned. (2Thes 2:10,12) And that strong delusion can be a false christianity where you think you’re being saved when you’re actually going to hell because your church is a harlot church and not even accepted by God. And you are not accepted by God. And you’re not hearing Him. Whereas His sheep hear His voice and if you were hearing His voice you would understand what Church to go to. You wouldn’t go to a harlot church. You are hearing the voice of a harlot if you are going to a harlot church; you’re not hearing God’s voice. Brethren, if anyone among you wanders from the truth, and someone turns him back, let him know that he who turns a sinner from the error of his way will save a soul from death and cover a multitude of sins. (James 5:19,20) If you wander from the truth you are back on the path to death and all these scriptures have indicated that it is not only possible to wander from the truth it is actually a certainty that if you stop listening to the Words of instruction you will wander from the truth. You cannot be saved in a “once saved always saved” false security. True salvation has to be maintained by listening and continuing to listen to instructions that come from God on a continual basis. And those who don’t do that very soon begin to hear other voices than God’s and they turn away from God and start listening to those deceiving voices. And how many people have we encountered here, who regularly attend what they think is church but they are in some manner offended or bothered by us because we do not speak or behave like they speak and behave? And they can’t understand why we are different and not agreeable to their doctrines and ways because all the so-called churches around us are carnal and behave pretty much alike. And they have all come to believe much the same doctrines of the same demons. And when they see us behaving in the way the Bible calls righteousness it doesn’t look like what they are used to. So they always assume there is something wrong with us. Then the ones that have the courage move in closer and start trying to probe and poke and find out what it is with us. And as they start to explore we begin to show them what the scriptures say on these very important subjects and they are always ignorant. They are always ignorant of the scriptures but they are well acquainted with the customs and the commonly accepted doctrines and standards of behavior in the so-called churches they attend. So they have something that they believe, doctrines of men, but these are things that we’re not accepting. Now remember in the Matthew 15 and Mark 7 Corban incident the Pharisee begins saying, “Why don’t your disciples wash their hands and keep the traditions like the rest of us?” And that’s the same thing that happens around us. These so-called church people around us are saying, “Why aren’t you behaving like us?” “We have these ways that we all agree on to be christian ways and why aren’t you following our ways?” And one of their church doctrines is everybody who claims to be a christian must be a brother because according to the Bible there’s only one Church, so no matter what denomination or church affiliation you have we are all in God’s one Church and should treat everybody like a brother. Where the truth is they are not all Israel who are of Israel, (Rom 9:6) and they are not all Christians who claim to be Christians and they are not all true Churches who claim to be Christ’s Churches. But what I do, I will also continue to do, that I may cut off the opportunity from those who desire an opportunity to be regarded just as we are in the things of which they boast. For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into apostles of Christ. And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also transform themselves into ministers of righteousness, whose end will be according to their works. (2Cor 11:12-15) And the true brethren are those who hear the Word of God and do it. (Luke 8:21) And the Bible says not to keep company with anyone who has strayed from obeying God’s Word. And if anyone does not obey our Word in this epistle, note that person and do not keep company with him, that he may be ashamed. (2Thes 3:14) Reject a divisive man after the first and second admonition, knowing that such a person is warped and sinning, being self-condemned. (Titus 3:10-11) If anyone comes to you and does not bring this doctrine, do not receive him into your house nor greet him; for he who greets him shares in his evil deeds. (2John 10-11) So we don’t treat everyone who claims to be a Christian as a brother automatically like the harlot church does. But we test their fruit as Jesus commands. “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Therefore by their fruits you will know them.” (Matt 7:15-20) And if they are disobedient to God’s Word we must reject them. And we know they do not love Jesus or the brethren. “If you love Me, keep My commandments.” (John 14:15) By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and keep His commandments. (1John 5:2) “He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word which you hear is not Mine but the Father's who sent Me.” (John 14:24) And if they are sinning and don’t repent we are required to shun, disfellowship, cast off that offending member. It is actually reported that there is sexual immorality among you… And you are puffed up, and have not rather mourned, that he who has done this deed might be taken away from among you. For I indeed, as absent in body but present in spirit, have already judged (as though I were present) him who has so done this deed. In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, when you are gathered together, along with my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ, deliver such a one to Satan for the destruction of the flesh... But now I have written to you not to keep company with anyone named a brother, who is sexually immoral, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or an extortioner-- not even to eat with such a person... Therefore “put away from yourselves the evil person.” (1Cor 5:1-5,11,13) Jesus says we are not to allow sin or sinners in our midst. We’re to be attaining to the knowledge of God and His righteousness. So we must behave in ways that agree with the scripture and Jesus to attain to righteousness. We can’t consider everybody who claims to be a Christian to be a Christian. We have to test the fruit to see if Jesus is actually in them. Examine yourselves as to whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Do you not know yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?-- unless indeed you are disqualified. (2Cor 13:5) Before we can consider them brethren we must see they’re actually living according to the scriptures. My brother is the one who hears the Word of God and does it. (Luke 8:21) There is one real Church, but the reason for so many differences in the various denominations and so forth is they are not in that one true Church. Jesus doesn’t disagree with Jesus – there is one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one Spirit in His Church. These so-called churches have different baptisms, different lords, different doctrines that disagree with each other. There is one mind of Christ. (1Cor 2:16) When two people who claim to be believers have substantially different opinions on scriptural subjects they do not both have the mind of Christ. Jesus agrees with Jesus. He is not double-minded. And James says a double-minded man receives nothing from God. For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways. (James 1:7-8) If a double-minded man receives nothing a double-minded church receives nothing. Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded. (James 4:4,8) But instead of coming into agreement with God’s Spirit and God’s Word which would then bring them into agreement with all the other true brethren who truly follow God’s Spirit and Word these harlot “adulterous” churches have agreed to disagree and ignore their differences, and it is a mockery of God to call such churches His. So the harlot churches have removed obedience to God from the place where God put it and have put it in a different place where it is not true obedience to God, Now I plead with you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment. (1Cor 1:10) And claiming to obey God by pursuing unity - they actually disobey God by pursuing a fake unity in a way that does not produce “perfectly joined together in the same mind” but rather produces a shameful sham, a false unity and false obedience to God; trying to attain unity man’s way and not God’s way. And in this they sin. So such people are not brethren. And when we speak to these people to answer their question about why we aren’t like them (1Pet 3:15) they soon start to understand that they don’t know anything as they ought to know. (1Cor 8:2) They don’t know the Bible, they don’t know how to rightly interpret the scriptures. Yet they may have been in “church” many years. What were they learning? Not the scriptures. Not God’s Word. In their harlot churches they are learning the opinions, the theologies, the hypotheses, and the theories of men concerning the particular branch of religion into which they’ve strayed. They’re learning those things which actually make their church different from God’s Church and they are following those things and they think they are on their way to Heaven and then they encounter you and you claim to be a Christian but you are not like them and they have to find out why and try to straighten you out. But as they start digging into your beliefs to try to straighten you out they soon discover they’re the ones that don’t know anything. What a tragedy to have spent years in a so-called church and be farther from God than if you never went at all. And often it’s according as Jesus said – such people are two-fold more a child of hell than a Pharisee. (Matt 23:15) Because in the harlot churches such people learn things that actually argue with and oppose God’s Word instead of learning what God’s Word says. They think they’re saved because they profess Jesus when they don’t have Jesus inside of them working His righteousness into them, causing them to become holy. Their harlot faith is not producing Christ in their lives. Then these same people accuse us who really have Jesus in us making us righteous, they accuse us of trying to be saved by works. Why how wicked can you get? Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; who put darkness for light, and light for darkness; who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! (Isa 5:20) They reject the righteousness that comes by faith and then accuse us, who have the faith that brings Christ to live in us, of trying to get righteousness by works. They claim they are righteous just because they believe when they’re not doing anything righteous and their behavior isn’t righteous. Faith without works is dead. (James 2:20) And righteousness without works is dead too. Little children, let no one deceive you. He who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous. (1John 3:7) So these children of the harlot church become enemies to the real Church. Even if they seem to be the majority opinion it doesn’t make any difference. “Though hand join in hand they shall not go unpunished.” (Prov 16:5) It doesn’t matter how many of them there are. God is with the righteous. God has already destroyed an entire unrighteous generation of the world and saved only the righteous man Noah and his family. God is not impressed by numbers. Only wicked false christians count numbers. David sinned when he counted Israel. (2Sam 24:10) God is not with the big unrighteous church, He’s with the little righteous one. He’s rejected the denominations because they are false; they’re harlots; they’ve strayed; they’ve decided they like their own doctrines better than the Word of God. They don’t like rebuking. (2Tim 4:2) They don’t like chastening. (Heb 12:5-8) They don’t like shunning. (Titus 3:10-11) Many have rejected the baptism of the Spirit. They don’t like to see it in the Word of God; don’t tell them about it. They don’t like covering; (1Cor 11:5) Don’t tell them about covering. They don’t like the things that God likes; don’t tell them about those things. So it turns out they’re not “the pillar and ground of the truth,” and that’s all the evidence you need. Once you know they don’t have the Word in them then “what wisdom do they have?” (Isa 8:20) What are they? They’re harlots; they don’t know God; what things they do know are made up by men. Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the traditions of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ. Let no one cheat you of your reward, taking delight in false humility and worship of angels, (messengers) intruding into those things which he has not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind, These things indeed have an appearance of wisdom in self-imposed religion, false humility, and neglect of the body, but are of no value against the indulgence of the flesh. (Col 2:8,18,23) They are of no value in attaining to the eternal life that comes from the righteousness that comes by faith in God. So why would somebody go to such a so-called church? You know it’s a mind boggling thing that somebody would encounter you thinking that you’re wrong then discover that you know the Word better than them and then go back to the same church that made them stupid in the first place. Such people prove that they are joined to men and not God. They have no heart to pursue the excellence of God’s will and even when they know a better thing is available they prefer the lesser. The sons of harlotry prefer the company of harlots to saints yet they think they’re going to heaven. It’s the insanity of sin in the flesh; the stupidity of iniquity. Those who stray from God are given over to foolishness. God has removed their wisdom and His judgment is upon them. For the LORD has poured out on you the spirit of deep sleep, and has closed your eyes, namely, the prophets; and He has covered your heads, namely, the seers. Therefore the LORD said: “Inasmuch as these people draw near with their mouths and honor Me with their lips, but have removed their hearts far from Me, And their fear toward Me is taught by the commandments of men, Therefore, behold, I will again do a marvelous work among this people, a marvelous work and a wonder; for the wisdom of their wise men shall perish, and the understanding of their prudent men shall be hidden.” (Isa 29:10,13,14) God says, “I’ll make them stupid.” And that’s what He’s doing. Go to the harlot church and you will learn doctrines of men, which Jesus referred to as corban. “And in vain they worship Me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.” (Mark 7:7) (See our previous publication “Corban.”) If your worship is vain that means it is useless and it isn’t “saving” you. When you learn commandments of men instead of God it ruins your salvation and it makes you stupid. And such things will cause you to fall spiritually asleep and they will make you “drunk but not with wine and they will make you stagger but not with intoxicating drink.” (Isa 29:9) Like a drunk you will always be stumbling. You will stumble in this way, and stumble in that way, because you ceased listening to God’s instruction, because you ceased to listen to the Word of God, and started letting covetous men tell you what the Word says because its too much trouble for you to read the Bible for yourself. These were more fair-minded than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the Word with all readiness, and searched the Scriptures daily to find out whether these things were so. (Acts 17:11) But if you would read God’s Word prayerfully yourself then when a real man of God explains to you what it means you can understand that what He’s talking about is really in the Word, because you’ve seen it yourself. Then the preacher can become a confirmation to you of what the Spirit of God is teaching you. But this is what the harlot church thinks, “You don’t have to read the Word yourself because the preacher will tell you what it says” and what happens is you get a false preacher who doesn’t tell you what it says. Rather he tickles your ears and tells you what he thinks you want to hear. For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into apostles of Christ. (2Cor 11:13) desiring to be teachers of the law, understanding neither what they say nor the things which they affirm. (1Tim 1:7) The only way to identify a true preacher is do they speak according to God’s Word. To the law and to the testimony! If they do not speak according to this Word, it is because there is no light in them. (Isa 8:20) If you don’t know God’s Word you can’t even judge whether your preacher is of God and so you judge him by false standards – like he seems nice or he seems sincere. But such opinions are worthless – the devil can come as an angel of light pretending to be “nice and sincere.” And because you don’t know the Word and you’ve ceased listening to instruction yourself and reading the Word yourself you will not be able to tell when a false preacher is teaching you and won’t know He’s not telling you what God’s Word says until you meet a real Christian like us. And then you start telling us what’s wrong with us “because we’re not keeping the traditions that your false teacher has taught you like washing the pots and pans” in Jesus’ day. Which today translates into unconditional unity or never reproving or rebuking because that is “judging” or God is love and it is mean to warn people about their sins etc. But then we expose you. You are the ones that aren’t keeping God’s Word; you keep the commandments of men. You’re afraid to rebuke a sinner because you think it’s unkind, God’s word tells us to rebuke him otherwise you will bear sin with him. (Lev 19:17) You are afraid to cast a sinner out of the church, where God’s Word says we’re a new lump (1Cor 5:5-13) and we better disfellowship the offending member.” (Matt 18:8) We the true Church obey God’s Word – but the false christians don’t know God’s Word except superficially so they obey the customs of their false teachers and false brethren and their worldly philosophies of what they think is good or nice and they do things differently from us and we do things differently from them because they don’t know the Word to obey it – and we do. And we know what is wrong with their false teaching and we don’t obey them, so we are different – as different as night and day. As different as saved and damned. And furthermore they deny the Lordship of Christ over themselves by retaining their sovereignty over what they will obey while claiming to be obedient to Him. And this is the means by which they retain the illusion of obedience to God through the artifice of not believing anything they don’t want to obey is of God. And they say things like, “God wouldn’t expect this of us.” Even if the Word shows God would. So they call Jesus Lord, but they remain lord through the power of deciding themselves what they think is of Jesus and what isn’t while ignoring His Word so therefore they determine themselves what they will do and what they won’t do. So in fact while they say Jesus is Lord they are lord – they themselves are determining what they will or won’t do – for until you look to Jesus and His Word in determining what is of Jesus and what isn’t you are not submitted unto Him at all. But you are a clever imposter – claiming to obey Him when in fact you obey your own inclinations to do or not do and you determine on your own what you say is of God and what isn’t. Shame on you, you cunning son of satan. Such churches are harlots; the children of such churches are “children of harlotry.” They’re rejected by God and they will not prosper, God says “if they have children I will kill their children,” (Rev 2:23) “I will kill the darlings of their womb.” (Hos 9:16) They are raising their children to be spiritually slaughtered, hell bound, because they are too lazy to read the Bible for themselves and they want someone else to do it for them. And they want someone to tell them how nice they are and “saved” they are when they are lazy, and Laodicean and lukewarm and not doing what God says to do. They don’t want someone to rebuke them and tell them there is something wrong with the way they practice their religion – that would upset them. That this is a rebellious people, lying children, children who will not hear the law of the LORD; Who say to the seers, “Do not see,” and to the prophets, “Do not prophesy to us right things; speak to us smooth things, prophesy deceits. Get out of the way, turn aside from the path, cause the Holy One of Israel to cease from before us.” (Isa 30:9-11) They want you to be nice to them; accept them the way they are in all their fleshly error. So they preach “love love love” in a way that means “be nice to me instead of save me.” And that’s what they get because that’s what they are paying for, they get people that will be harlots themselves and take money in order to make love to you and make love to you the way you want it, which means “don’t upset me, don’t tell me I’m doing something wrong and don’t convict me; tell me how much God loves me and how everything is going to be okay.” So they raise up for themselves false prophets and that is the harlot church and it’s happening all over what calls itself christendom For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables. (2 Tim 4:3-4) So in these harlot churches you’ll never encounter anyone who can tell you correctly what God’s Word says on the subject of salvation. They presumptuously believe they are “saved” because they think they “believe” in Jesus when in fact they are not saved because God’s definition of “believer” is different than theirs. When God says “believer” He means to believe in such a way as to obey Jesus in everything He says. (Acts 3:22-23) But when they say “believer” they mean to acknowledge Him as the Son of God and Savior and it doesn’t matter if you don’t obey Him. To these silly fools obedience is “work” – to God obedience is “faith.” You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe-- and tremble! James 2:19 “But why do you call Me ‘Lord, Lord,’ and do not do the things which I say? Luke 6:46 So falsely believing themselves to be “saved” they then falsely attribute the characteristics of the elect to themselves. For example, those who are saved have “Christ in them the hope of glory.” (Col 1:27) So they claim to have Christ in them even when they do not behave as Christ would. He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk just as He walked. (1John 2:6) Examine yourselves as to whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Do you not know yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?-- unless indeed you are disqualified. (2Cor 13:5) And they claim to be walking in the Spirit automatically even when their thoughts and activities are very carnal and worldly. But the Bible says – For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. (Rom 8:5) And they think they are saved by faith means to believe you are saved whereas the reality is you must have faith for Christ to live in you. that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height--to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. (Eph 3:17-19) So they don’t even know what saving faith is. “Walk in the Spirit” they don’t know what it is. They think saving grace is forgiveness when the Bible says – For the grace of God that brings salvation (saving grace) has appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age, (Titus 2:11-12) Can they “walk by faith not by sight?” For we walk by faith, not by sight. (2Cor 5:7) Ask one of them to “give you an example that they are walking by faith not sight.” They think faith means just believing that Jesus is their savior while everything they do is done by sight. They’re into news, politics, economics and weather. They haven’t the slightest understanding of the unseen realm or the reality of God’s Spirit. Ask one of them what he’s doing to walk by faith, that is not by sight, and they don’t know what you are talking about. Ask them to define righteousness; see if they understand what the righteousness that comes by faith really is. They don’t know what you’re talking about. These things are essential to salvation and they don’t understand them because they don’t go to a church that is God’s Church. Because if they went to God’s Church they would have God’s Word and they would know the truth because God’s Church is; “the pillar and ground of the truth.” Now the accumulated weight of the evidence of all of the books and teachings God has sent out from “My Father’s House” should terribly convict the people who are reading it, that these contemporary “churches” are not God’s Church, and that these churches don’t know God’s Word. God’s Church knows His Word; He dwells with them; the Spirit of Truth dwells in His Church. But these are harlot churches and they are making no progress in the things of God. And being confident of this, I know that I shall remain and continue with you all for your progress and joy of faith, (Phil 1:25) Where there is a real faith it produces a real progress in righteousness; in Christlikeness. So in “churches” where the people remain the same year after year, and there is no real growth in them; their faith isn’t growing, they don’t do anything different from what was happening ten years ago, the things they talk about haven’t changed except as the news changes and the world changes. They don’t have any greater understanding of the scriptures or the ways of God. There are no increasing manifestations of God in their midst. Well they’re not in a real church because in a real Church there is progress and if you can’t see that progress Jesus isn’t there. Because in His Church it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure. (Phil 2:13) In real Christianity we are headed for the goal and the goal is to be “conformed to the image of Christ; (Rom 8:29) to come to the fullness of the stature of the Son of Man; to come to the perfect man; (Eph 4:13) to be presented blameless before Him in the day of His appearing.” (1Thes 3:13) There is a real goal and a real work of God going on in the true Church to attain to blamelessness, to become the Church without blemish; without spot or wrinkle. (Eph 5:27) And if nothing is changing, if your church isn’t losing it’s blemishes then God is not working in that so-called church. If the “church” is not growing in fruitfulness or anything of that nature, then it doesn’t have a living faith, a faith that works. And again one of the things many mistake today is they think that growing in numbers is evidence of being fruitful. But that’s not always a true evidence; more often it’s a false evidence; the devil often causes number growth. Look at how the communist increased in the early 20th Century. Look at the Nazis in the 1930’s. Numbers growth is not always a sign of God’s blessing. Fruit is what glorifies God (John 15:8) and numbers alone do not glorify God. But growing in faith and obedience, growing in holiness, growing in Christlikeness glorifies God. But in Jesus’ Church – the first thing they grow in is faith. We’re growing in faith; progressing in faith; from “faith to faith” and “glory to glory.” (Rom 1:17; 2Cor 3:18) Glory to glory and faith to faith is going from one faith to a higher faith. I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. (Phil 3:14) When Paul presses toward a higher calling he’s going into a higher faith. And it is true of any “believer” or so-called church; if you’re not attaining to a higher calling you’re not progressing. “And every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit.”(John 15:2) Has God pruned you recently? If God is pruning that is an evidence that you are fruitful and in a real Church and abiding in Christ. And God is making you increasingly fruitful. This is one of the ways of God which the Bible teaches is a certainty, sure to be going on when there is a real Church and real fruitfulness. And in a “church” where there is no purging going on there isn’t any real fruitfulness either. Because if there was real fruitfulness there would be pruning because God would make you even more fruitful by pruning. Where the prunings are going on there must be a fruitful people and the fruit is increasing. Where the prunings are not going on that’s God saying there is no fruit; nothing to increase. And so whatever is happening in that place isn’t being counted as fruit. They may have some religious programs but it isn’t what God calls fruit. And it doesn’t matter that you may be growing in numbers if you are not growing up into Christ which is the Head. Prunings are what make you grow in your Spirituality, Christlikeness and the fruitfulness that comes from the Spirit. Growing in numbers? False christ’s and heretics will grow in numbers tremendously as the day of the Lord approaches. Jesus says so. (Matt 24:24) Growth in numbers means nothing. Even now in many places of the world the Muslims are growing phenomenally. But their growth isn’t of God. Meditate on these things; give yourself entirely to them, that your progress may be evident to all. (1Tim 4:15) It isn’t strange that Paul tells Timothy that his progress should be visible to all. Then if you’re not making visible progress in faith and going from “faith to faith” and “glory to glory,” we have every reason to reject you as not being a real Christian. True believers are growing and that growth is visible. One of the greatest joys I have in pastoring “My Father’s House” is how many people here I can see are really progressing in faith. Their growth is visible to all. I know where they used to be and I know where they are and I know that there has been a great progress in the faith of the people in this Church. But in most of the so-called churches today, the pastors can’t look at their people and see any real progress. And most people that attend the contemporary churches can’t look at each other and see any real progress. Where there is no progress that is a sure evidence that they are in a harlot church. Nothing is taking place in such churches that’s like the real Church. In the real Church we are on a pilgrimage and we are progressing towards righteousness, towards perfection in Christ. “So do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, disapproved concerning the faith; but they will progress no further, for their folly will be manifest to all.” (2Tim 3:8,9) So when there is no progress in a church that is an evidence that the minds of the people are corrupt and they are resisting the truth. In churches that resist the truth, that do not repent and get into the scriptures and do what God says, there will be no progress. But in a man like Timothy and in the Church that Paul is a part of, where 1st Timothy 4:15 is being obeyed there will be a visible progress, a visible spiritual growth, that will be apparent to everyone. That as your faith is increased, we shall be greatly enlarged by you in our sphere, (2Cor 10:15) Where faith increases fruitfulness increases – and for fruitfulness to increase your garden or sphere of influence must enlarge. So here we see that increasing faith brings about increasing opportunities to minister. As you grow in faith God will be opening the doors to more people, more places, and the sphere of your fruitfulness will enlarge. Increase comes when you grow in faith. When you grow in faith is when you start stepping out, when you boldly speak for God. God opens more doors of utterance for you that will bear fruit when you grow in faith. In order to get the church, our homes, our businesses, in good working order there had to be a growth in faith and we had to start doing things we didn’t do before, or in ways we didn’t do it before. To get things growing properly it always takes some stepping out in faith and to do new things in new ways. This means greater faith is acquired in hearing God teach you to do things that you weren’t doing before or in ways you weren’t doing them before. “But God gave the increase. So then neither he who plants is anything, nor he who waters, but God who gives the increase. (1Cor 3:6,7) And God always gives the increase in response to faith. Let no one cheat you of your reward, taking delight in false humility and worship of angels, intruding into those things which he has not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind, and not holding fast to the Head, from whom all the body, nourished and knit together by joints and ligaments, grows with the increase that is from God. (Col 2:19) So again God gives the increase but He gives it through the Head and you must be connected to the Head to be able to take part in the increase. And what does it mean for Him to be Head except that you hear Him and obey Him? And that is called the hearing of faith. (Gal 3:2,5) And the hearing of faith includes obedience to what you hear and that produces increase. And may the Lord make you increase and abound in love to one another and to all, just as we do to you. (1Thes 3:12) Finally then, brethren, we urge and exhort in the Lord Jesus that you should abound more and more, just as you received from us how you ought to walk and to please God; (1Thes 4:1) So in a real Church there will be an abounding more and more in love and the ability to please God. Because in a real Church as you are learning more of how to please God, you will also be doing more to please Him. In a harlot church nothing happens; the people please themselves not God. We urge you, brethren that you increase more and more. (vs 10) in a real Church there will be a real increase; in every kind of growth. “And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men.” (Luke 2:52) How could Jesus increase in favor with God? As a man He increases in favor with God because He learns more and more how to please God. Even though He is perfectly without sin He still had to learn more and more how to do the things that please God better and better. Though He was a Son, yet He learned obedience by the things which He suffered. And having been perfected, He became the author of eternal salvation to all who obey Him, (Heb 5:8-9) Without sinning He still had to increase in the knowledge of how to obey God perfectly in everything – even unto the death of the cross. And if Jesus is in you, you personally will increase in wisdom and in favor with God and men particularly the kind of men who love God. And if Jesus is in your Church your Church will be increasing in wisdom and in favor with God because the whole congregation will learn more and more how to please God. So there will be a notable progress. And as we progress towards the end of the age we must also be progressing towards the glorious Church without spot or wrinkle. And, if Christ is in our Church, He will cause us to be less and less spotted and less and less wrinkled. And only where that is going on is Christ Jesus really in that Church. And in any believer who’s becoming less and less spotted and wrinkled then there is a real work of God going on. But in the harlot church where there is no Spiritual progress being made it is as though the people are saying, “We’re already perfected, we are acceptable as we are – nothing more needs to be done.” What a lie that is! “Because you say, ‘I am rich, have become wealthy, and have need of nothing’-- and do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked.” (Rev 3:17) Their deceit is falsehood because if the Church were already perfected Jesus would have already taken us home. When the time comes that the Church is without spot or wrinkle Jesus isn’t going to waste any time. He’s quickly coming for us. “And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work.” (Rev 22:12) “And as it was in the days of Noah, so it will be also in the days of the Son of Man: They ate, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all. Likewise as it was also in the days of Lot: They ate, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they built; but on the day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven and destroyed them all. Even so will it be in the day when the Son of Man is revealed.” (Luke 17:26-30) In the end of the age it will be a very deceptive time; like a snare or like a trap. A trap is something you don’t see coming. A trap is something that snaps closed on you before you know it’s there. Ecclesiastes talks about men being caught in an evil time like birds in a snare. (Eccl 9:12) People were caught by the Nazis in WWII. The French and the Poles did not believe that they were going to wake up one morning with the Nazis already behind them; surrounding them; they didn’t believe such a thing could happen. Paratroopers had never been used in war before. The people thought they would have plenty of time to move and get out of the way of the Germans if war started; there would be plenty of warning but there wasn’t. Again on December 7th at Pearl Harbor, the sailors are sitting there not believing what’s happening. The net is already on them! It’s too late to get ready! You’re already being bombed and strafed. How they wished then that they could have had a couple of hours or even 20 minutes to get ready. But it’s too late. It’s going to come that way in the end of the age too. The idea is this, Jesus said wars, rumors of wars, pestilences, famines will be common; but not so much that people stop buying and selling; not so much so that they stop marrying and giving in marriage; not so much so that in the place where there isn’t a pestilence that people will be thinking, “Oh, Jesus is coming we better get ready.” People will be looking at the troubles over here, troubles over there, and the people will be living their own normal lives where they are as long as things don’t touch them. And they’ll be considering the numerous troubles around the world to be “normal” and they’ll be thinking, “It’s going to keep going on this way.” Peter warns that they are going to say, “Where are the signs of His coming?” (2Pet 3:4) Jesus warns about it, that even some Christians are going to think, “He’s delaying His coming and start beating one another.” Servants of the Lord getting drunk and beating other servants of the Lord because they think He’s delaying His coming. (Matt 24:48-49) In other words there will be no last minute warning that He’s coming. Which is very sound rapture theology. The closing of the door on the Ark is rapture. The lifting Lot out of Sodom and Gomorrah is rapture. When the Church has become the glorious Church, Jesus is going to pick her up in the twinkling of an eye. It will happen so fast you won’t have time to turn around. If you turn around you’re like Lot’s wife – you will miss the rapture; you won’t go. There will be no time to get ready. Only those who are already ready and stay ready will go. The rapture is the only door of escape from the end of the age trap. “Because you have kept My command to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth.” (Rev 3:10) The rapture is the only door of escape; there is no other escape. If you don’t go in the rapture, you are trapped and will be tested and tried by God’s judgments. “And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding; and the door was shut. Afterward the other virgins came also, saying, ‘Lord, Lord, open to us!’ But he answered and said, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, I do not know you.’ Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour in which the Son of Man is coming.” (Matt 25:10-13) Immediately after the true Church is raptured the tribulation judgments will begin and you won’t escape them. There is no way out once you are in this net. Don’t believe these wicked Baptists and their foolish end time theology like “Left Behind” as though there is another way to be saved if you miss the rapture. It is a lie. If you miss the rapture, you’ve missed the first resurrection – Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years. But the rest of the dead did not live again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. (Rev 20:6,5) “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. He who overcomes shall not be hurt by the second death.” (Rev 2:11) The second death is the Great Judgment one thousand years later when The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works. Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire. (Rev 20:13-15) Any salvation there is for the people judged at that judgment is not for rebels and fake christians who missed the rapture but for the elect Jews and the righteous who were born and lived after the rapture. The harlot church and harlot christians will be destroyed. Then one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls came and talked with me, saying to me, “Come, I will show you the judgment of the great harlot who sits on many waters,” The woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet, and adorned with gold and precious stones and pearls, having in her hand a golden cup full of abominations and the filthiness of her fornication. And on her forehead a name was written: MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. Then he said to me, “The waters which you saw, where the harlot sits, are peoples, multitudes, nations, and tongues. And the ten horns which you saw on the beast, these will hate the harlot, make her desolate and naked, eat her flesh and burn her with fire.” (Rev 17:1,4-5,15-16) This is what is coming. This is what will come upon the false christians around us because they don’t have any heart to prepare to be the glorious Church at Christ’s coming. There will be no warning when Christ comes except in the true Church we will know this: we’ll know by the increase in our holiness, we’ll have a sense that things are getting very holy as we are becoming without spot without blemish. (Eph 5:27) The only scripture that yet has to be fulfilled before Jesus comes is that the true Church be without spot or blemish. But the harlot church, the false christians, the worldly people out there buying and selling will never see what’s going on in the true Church because they are not in it. They’ll never see the awesome increase in holiness because they will not be a party to it. It won’t be a sign to them because they won’t be looking at it; they have rejected holiness. But to us that progress in righteousness, that progress in holiness is the sign that the coming of the Lord is near. And when He’s completed washing us, when He’s finished the job of making us without blemish, then it’s rapture time. Being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled. (2Cor 10:6) And you could be sitting in a real Church and not letting Jesus perfect you and the rest of the glorious Church will go and you will stay. “I tell you, in that night there will be two men in one bed: the one will be taken and the other will be left. Two women will be grinding together: the one will be taken and the other left. Two men will be in the field: the one will be taken and the other left.” (Luke 17:34-36) When that time comes that Jesus has His Church perfected, He will pick her up suddenly. And anybody who didn’t make it then won’t make it, because the door is closed, it’s shut. It will never be opened again; the trap has snapped. The rapture is the escape before the trap snaps closed; in fact it is the snapping of the trap. Now we who are progressing in Christ, we know Jesus will bring us to the place where we are rapturable. Those who are not progressing; they’re not in the right Church and they don’t have a chance of making it. They are not preparing for His coming, and they’re like the foolish virgins. They will find out too late they don’t have oil in their lamps. They will find out too late that they don’t know how to walk in the Spirit. They will find out too late they are not prepared and it will be too late to get prepared. Just like the people who woke up one morning in France and in Poland and in these places in Europe and found out the Nazis were already behind them and their escape route was cut off. “We thought they were going to come from in front of us and we’d see them coming.” You aren’t going to see it coming! They’ll be buying and selling, things will be going on pretty much like normal and then “Bang” the trap has snapped and there is no way out if you didn’t make it already. Now what God is doing for us is making us ready. “But take heed to yourselves, lest your hearts be weighed down with carousing, drunkenness, and cares of this life, and that Day come on you unexpectedly. For it will come as a snare on all those who dwell on the face of the whole earth. Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man.” (Luke 21:34-36) Watch and pray that you stay ready because this is not something you’ll get ready for when you see it coming. It’s something you already have to be ready for before it comes. And that’s what the Lord does in the real Church. He works in you to get you ready when everybody else is waiting for a sign to make them think they need to get ready. In Christ’s real church we’re already ready and we stay ready. Prophecy: I have seen, saith the Lord, that the harlot church is fornicating with the world and glancing out the window for a sign of My coming home so she can get things cleaned up before I get there and not be caught in her harlotry. But I tell you I’m already here, I’ve already seen her uncleanness and it is too late. And in the day when I come for My bride there will be no cleaning up then. My bride will be the one that I find already clean. And the harlot won’t see Me coming until I’m there for I’ve said in My Word it will be sudden and it will be a surprise. The bride who has kept herself chaste is the one that I’m coming for. The harlot will not be taken by Me because I know what she is doing and I know who she is. And she won’t see Me coming until I’m already gone, saith the Lord. (Prophecy delivered at "My Father's House") True Brethren Demas, Philetus, and Hymenaeus are those who forsake the Brethren and stray from the truth.
Yet Epaphras, Apollos, and Apelles pray, contend and in God are approved.
Sapphira and Ananias lie to the Spirit and keep back more than what’s right.
But Priscilla and Aquila give all they have, risking their necks for Paul’s life.
Balaam, Alexander, and Diotrephes – the will of God they don’t do.
But Phinehas, Titus, and Timothy – it’s God, the Word, and Christ’s Church their allegiance is to.
The Baptist, Methodist, and Catholics are the so-called churches of today.
But Smyrna, Berea, Philippi, and Philadelphia are the Church we imitate.
The true Church isn’t to be lukewarm or Laodicean,
But zealous, full of faith and power like the beloved martyr Stephen.
Because the Epaphras’s, Apollos’s, Apelles’s, Priscillas and Aquilas, Phinehas’s, Titus’s and Timothys are being made here,
This will be the Glorious Church on that day that our Lord will appear. (A prophetic poem delivered at “My Father’s House)
