Peddling The Gospel!

By Pastor Bill Taylor

A publication of My Father's House, inc. Volume 10/ Issue 7

Prophecy: To know Me by the Spirit you must first know Me in yourself. You won’t know Me in your brother until you know Me in yourself. There are many today who think they see Jesus in their pastor or someone in their church who don’t know Me in themselves. Therefore, they don’t see Me, they only think they see Me. For their pastors and the others in their churches teach lies, and I’m not the spirit of lies, I’m the Spirit of Truth; and no lie is of the truth. Though their pastors and the special people in their church may seem to be very nice, if they’re not of the Truth their niceness is a façade; it isn’t Me. They’ve made a picture of Me that isn’t Me, even as the world has drawn what they say is My face over and over, but it isn’t My face. So many make Me look like what they want Me to look like, but it isn’t Me because they don’t know Me. I am what I am, and I am the I AM, and what I AM is what I’ll always be. No one can make Me into something different. You have to know Me as I AM in Truth; you have to know Me from inside yourself by the Spirit of Truth before you’ll see Me in someone else and know it’s Me, or you’ll be deceived by satan coming as an angel of light and pretending to be a minister of righteousness, because you don’t know Me by My Spirit. To those of you who truly know Me, those around you who claim to know Me and to be saved and yet when they meet you and they hear what you have to say concerning the things I’ve given you and which are of Me, if they reject and resist these things I tell you, they don’t know Me. I’m not in them. And even in the day when they meet Me in the judgment they’ll not know Me by the Spirit. In that day they’ll only know I’m Lord because of My awesome power and glory. And I’ll not know them and even now they’re lost and they’ll be forever damned if they don’t wake up and repent. Because if they can’t see Me in My children, if they can’t see the Christ in you, in whom I abide, they don’t know the Christ that’s Me because it’s the same Christ. I’m one with My people, and if they don’t know Me in themselves and when I’m in My people, they don’t know Me at all and until they can see Me in themselves and the true brethren they’ll never know Me, saith the Lord. (Prophecy delivered at “My Father’s House”)

For we’re not, as so many, peddling the word of God; but as of sincerity, but as from God, we speak in the sight of God in Christ. (2Cor2:17)

The true gospel produces holy people. You also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. (1Pt2:5) Don’t lay hands on anyone hastily, nor share in other people’s sins; keep yourself pure. (1Tim5:22) For I’m jealous for you with godly jealousy. For I’ve betrothed you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ. (2Cor11:2) Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble, and keep oneself unspotted from the world. (Jms1:27)

In this present evil age most so-called “churches” and “believers” aren’t even convinced that true Christians shouldn’t be sinners. It’s a terrible tragedy how bible ignorant most “believers” are, especially concerning what God’s Word says about believers. Whoever abides in Him does not sin. Whoever sins has neither seen Him nor known Him. (1Jn3:6) He who is born of God does not sin. (v9) We know that whoever is born of God does not sin; but he who has been born of God keeps himself, and the wicked one does not touch him. (1Jn5:18) In spite of so many clear admonitions in the scriptures these bible ignorant believers (bibs) haven’t even become convinced they’re supposed to be free from their own sin, yet in this next verse God is telling us to keep pure by not participating even in somebody else’s sin. If anyone comes to you and does not bring this doctrine, do not receive him into your house nor greet him; for he who greets him shares in his evil deeds. (2Jn10-11) This gives us a powerful insight into just how pure God intends His people to be!

In blatant disobedience to this, Ecumenism which is the most popular and common form of “christianity” today wants to shake hands with everyone who professes any kind of belief in Christ no matter how corrupted their gospel or worldly their behavior. Yet God says, “Be holy, for I am holy.” (1Pt1:16) God wants us to be a holy people. How holy? He wants each of us to be without sin personally. But is that holy enough? No! He also wants you to be completely separated from and have nothing to do with other people’s sins. That’s how holy He wants His children to be! So He warns against fellowshipping with anyone who even claims to be a Christian who’s a sinner. But now I’ve written to you not to keep company with anyone named a brother, who’s sexually immoral, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or an extortioner-- not even to eat with such a person. (1Cor5:11) He warns against greeting or having anything to do with anyone who preaches a false gospel. And He warns against laying hands, on or giving tacit approval to anyone who’s ministry we don’t know for sure is right. Don’t lay hands on anyone hastily, nor share in other people’s sins; keep yourself pure. (1Tim5:22) We’ll be defiled by condoning their sin if we treat them as though they’re okay when they’re sinning.

Is the iniquity of Peor not enough for us, from which we are not cleansed until this day, although there was a plague in the congregation of the LORD, but that you must turn away this day from following the LORD? And it shall be, if you rebel today against the LORD, that tomorrow He will be angry with the whole congregation of Israel. (Josh22:17-18) “Keeping yourselves pure” then isn’t speaking to you only as an individual believer or only in a singular sense. It also means keep your congregation pure. In the incident with Achan (Josh7) The whole nation of Israel suffered defeat before their enemies until they removed that one sinner from their midst. At Baal Peor God’s wrath was consuming thousands of Israelites until Phinehas in his zeal killed Zimri and Cozbi and put a stop to the sin in the camp. (Num25:1-15) If you let even one member of your congregation sin without rebuking him, God will be angry with the whole congregation. Do you not know that a little leaven leavens the whole lump? (1Cor5:6) “Keep yourself pure” of course means you as an individual must keep yourself free from sin. But it also means keep your family pure, keep your church pure. If you let your brother sin, God will be as angry with you as He is with your brother. The purity God is looking for is a purity that doesn’t even permit sin to have proximity to His saints; it doesn’t permit the saints to have any fellowship with sinners, the only exception being, I wrote to you in my epistle not to keep company with sexually immoral people. Yet I certainly did not mean with the sexually immoral people of this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or idolaters, since then you would need to go out of the world. (1Cor5:9-10) Which means we’re permitted to carry out normal business dealings with sinners regarding to the necessities of life; but we don’t fellowship with sinners.  You deal with them as you need to in business and such, but you don’t socialize with them, and particularly you’re to have nothing to do with fake, heretical or sinful “believers.” But now I have written to you not to keep company with anyone named a brother, who is sexually immoral, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or an extortioner -- not even to eat with such a person. (1Cor5:11)

“Keep yourself pure” also means, Therefore come out from among them and be separate, says the Lord. Don’t touch what is unclean, and I’ll receive you. (2Cor6:17) Separation is essential to holiness and essential to sanctification. In the Greek, holiness and sanctification are basically the same words. “Hagios” the Greek word for “saint,” means “holy one.” “Hagiasmos” is the Greek word for holiness or sanctification. Sanctification means, “being made holy.” And what sanctification is primarily about is separation from sin as in “don’t sin, have nothing to do with sin, and have as little as possible to do with people who sin.” To be holy you mustn’t let sin go on in your presence, in your house, in your business, in your church; as much as lieth in you don’t have anything to do with sin in anyway. Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God. (2Cor7:1) A real saint must be a temple of God. (1Cor3:16) And your temple must be holy for a holy God to dwell in it. Moreover, when you divide the land by lot into inheritance, you shall set apart a district for the LORD, a holy portion of the land; its length shall be twenty-five thousand cubits, and the width ten thousand. It shall be holy throughout its territory all around. It shall be a holy section of the land, belonging to the priests, the ministers of the sanctuary, who come near to minister to the LORD; it shall be a place for their houses and a holy place for the sanctuary. (Ezek45:1,4) Even the land around God’s temple has to be holy which means if you’re to be a temple fit for God to dwell in you must keep the environs around you holy. Don’t be deceived: “Evil company corrupts good habits.” Awake to righteousness, and don’t sin; for some do not have the knowledge of God. I speak this to your shame. (1Cor15:33-34)

Most so-called  “Christianity” today is wickedly complacent! Most “believers” aren’t bothered much about sin in the church, in their families or in anybody around them. But the people God describes as His children in the scriptures are straight as an arrow. The real people of God don’t fellowship with anything that’s unclean. They’re squeaky-clean Christians! That’s what holiness is.

Prophecy: I’ve said in My Word that where sin abounds, grace does much more abound. The ungodly, the false, the hypocrites who claim to be Mine but aren’t think that means the more they sin the more I forgive. All they can see is grace being forgiveness. But in the very place I said where sin abounds grace much more abounds I also said My people reign in life through Christ. And the true meaning of My grace abounding, is even in perilous times such as those you live in, there’s sufficient grace for you to be pure and to keep yourself pure and to reign over abounding sin because I’ll give you My abounding grace. For I’m giving My people who have faith in Me abounding grace to overcome the sin around them, that they may be a people pure in heart, holy and separate unto Me, saith the Lord.

Prophecy: This is My will for you, even your sanctification. I admonish you, cry out everyday that I’d pour My Spirit upon you in such a measure nothing that’s not of Me could get through. That I’d keep your thoughts, your heart, your actions, your deeds; that I’d keep all things concerning you in accordance with My will, sanctifying you completely by My Spirit so you’re completely Mine; complete in hearing My voice, doing My will, loving with My love, walking together with Me. Every problem you have comes from a lack in your sanctification. Something evil gets in because you aren’t alert; you haven’t watched, you haven’t cried out for Me to help you and keep you in the light so you can walk in the way you ought; you haven’t kept your faith in Me to sanctify you. Now I admonish you, stir up your faith to be set apart for Me, and I’ll pour My Spirit upon you. Come out from these worthless things and keep yourself separated unto Me and I’ll be your God and you’ll be My sons and daughters, saith the Lord.  (Prophecies delivered at “My Father’s House”)

For we’re not, as so many, peddling the Word of God; but as of sincerity, but as from God, we speak in the sight of God in Christ. (2Cor2:17) Another way of translating “peddling” is to say “we aren’t adulterating the Word of God for gain.” Paul isn’t doing that, but almost every so-called “church” I know of  today is, except My Father’s House. There may be some good churches I don’t know of, but everyone I do know of except My Father’s House is doing it. And the corruption of Christianity occurs for the same reasons as any other corruption; the corruption is in the world through what? Lust! By which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. (2Pt1:4) When churches and church leaders are greedy then the church will be corrupted. What do they lust for? They lust for financial gain, for power. They lust for notoriety, prestige and position. For that reason they corrupt the gospel in the same way a worldly salesman will tell you everything good about what he’s selling, but he won’t tell you anything negative about his product because he wants to convince you to buy it. When flesh gets into the church the gospel becomes merchandise. And those who want to sell the gospel won’t tell you anything that might cause you to turn back from purchasing the gospel. They’ll tell you only things that are pleasing. And that’s exactly what they’ve done in most “churches.” So what passes for “christianity” today isn’t what Paul was preaching. What passes for “christianity” today is the “adulterated for gain” gospel. It’s pretty easy to spot if you’re not a bible ignorant believer (bib).

“Peddling the gospel” connects strongly with, For the time will come when they won’t endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they’ll heap up for themselves teachers; and they’ll turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables. (2Tim4:3-4) Tickling ears can be done by outright lying – as the Baptists do with their “Once saved, always saved” heresy, or it can be just picking the nice or pleasant verses to preach on while leaving the requirements and commandments of God unmentioned.  Often people today want to be deceived when it comes to their salvation. They don’t want to know the truth. They want a gospel that tells them God loves them and they’re saved without them having to pay the price of picking up their cross or losing their life. (Mt16:24-25) Flesh always wants to get something for nothing!

“Adulterating the gospel for gain” is also mentioned by Peter in; By covetousness (seeking selfish gain) they’ll exploit you with deceptive words. (2Pt2:3) Because of whom the Way of Truth will be blasphemed. (v2) “Ear ticklers” flatter people to gain advantage (Jude16) so they won’t say anything that might offend anyone. Thus what they preach has no positive effect in changing the behavior of their followers. The true gospel brings conviction leading to repentance that changes the believer’s behavior to righteousness but this adulterated gospel has no such effect on the deluded false christians who follow it. Thus they behave almost as badly as unbelievers and even worse in many cases. Therefore because of their wicked and worldly behavior the gospel is blasphemed, and even blamed for the misbehavior of these false “believers.”

And many will follow their destructive ways, because of whom the Way of Truth will be blasphemed. (2Pt2:2) For “The name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles because of you.” (Rom2:24) The reality is the “common” gospel has been corrupted by preachers who preach for gain. So the true gospel hasn’t been heard by the vast majority of people, even those who attend the so-called “churches.” Today true Christians are rare and seldom given opportunity to speak in public. What these deluded false “believers” have seen of the Truth they haven’t rightly comprehended. They’ve had eyes that couldn’t see and ears that couldn’t really hear or understand. God’s truths are right in front of anyone who can read their bible, but most so-called “believers” just aren’t looking! Contemporary “christians” are so secure in what they think they know, so sure of the lies they’ve been taught by the adulterators, that they don’t really consider the meaning of what they’re reading even when they read these verses verbatim! If they thought about what the scriptures are really saying at all they’d quickly see they’ve been deceived. The main method of deceiving people in adulterating or selling the gospel is to tell them they’re saints based on faulty or misapplied evidences. The most common way to do this is to say, “Do you believe Jesus is Lord? If so you’re saved!” Without looking into what the bible says the behavior of a saint is, to see if their behavior matches what a saint ought to be, the false preachers have already declared their followers to be “saved” by a “faith” that has no works. But do you want to know, O foolish man, that faith without works is dead? Wasn’t Abraham our father justified by works when he offered Isaac his son on the altar? Do you see that faith was working together with his works, and by works faith was made perfect? And the Scripture was fulfilled which says, “Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.” And he was called the friend of God. You see then that a man is justified by works, and not by faith only. Likewise, wasn’t Rahab the harlot also justified by works when she received the messengers and sent them out another way? For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also. (Jms2:20-26)

Now the gospel “peddlers” claim that because For by grace you’ve been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it’s the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast, (Eph2:8-9) therefore works aren’t required for your salvation. The truth is works have nothing to do with your “getting saved” but they have everything to do with your “being saved” because We are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them. (Eph2:10) So if you have a real faith that saves you, you’ll quickly begin to demonstrate that real faith by the good works “Christ in you” (Phil 2:13) brings forth. For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age, looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works. This is a faithful saying, and these things I want you to affirm constantly, that those who have believed in God should be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable to men. (Tit2:11-14;3:8) And don’t present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God. (Rom6:13)

So falsely attributing salvation to unsaved people who are devoid of Godly works is the first deception in the adulterated gospel. The second deception used in adulterating the gospel is since the “unsaved” believers now believe they’re saved and saints, tell them all the beautiful things God says He’ll do for His saints; all the wonderful promises He’s made and the lovely things He says concerning the saints. For example: Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My Word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life. (Jn5:24) These things are truths when properly applied to the real saints, but when you say they’re true of false christians they become lies by their improper application. Then the third deception is the sin of omission; never tell the “unsaved” believers what the bible says God requires of them! Like, Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. (1Jn2:15) He who loves father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me. And he who loves son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me. (Mt10:37) That’s how the gospel peddling “churches” operate! Those are their three basic rules. Tell people falsely they’re saints. Tell them all the good things God says about the saints and tell them those things are for them. But don’t tell them what God requires of the true saints! When you actually see what God requires of you to be saved you’ll start seeing the gospel in a whole different light. Jesus has placed some very specific requirements on the behavior of those He actually saves. For example, I must be crucified so I don’t live anymore but Christ lives in me. (Gal 2:20) These so-called “Christians” who’ve bought into the false or the adulterated gospel don’t believe this verse. They aren’t crucified and they don’t think they have to crucify their flesh to be saved. And those who are Christ's have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. (Gal 5:24) I’ve died to the law that I might live unto Christ. (Gal 2:19) The false “christians” don’t live for Christ! To be a son of God I must walk in the Spirit. (Rom8:14) Whoever has been born of God doesn’t sin. (1Jn3:9) He died for those who live that they should live no longer for themselves, but for Him who died for them. (2Cor5:15) The true believer is a temple of God. The Spirit of God dwells in him and he must be holy. You mustn’t defile the temple. If anyone defiles the temple of God, God will destroy him. (1Cor3:17) All these are things that concern the behavior of the true saints. Like, Come out from among them and be separate, and I’ll be your Father and you will be My sons and daughters. (2Cor6:17-18) They shall all be taught of God. (Jn6:45) No one will have to say know the Lord for they’ll all know Me. (Heb8:11) My sheep hear My voice. (Jn10:27) True believers have the hearing of faith. (Gal 3:2) When you look at how the bible describes the character of the saints, you’ll see they must be crucified to this world and this world crucified to them. (Gal 6:14) They don’t love this world anymore. (1Jn2:15) They’re not of the world. (Jn15:19) They’ve come out and become separate. (2Cor6:17) That’s how the bible describes the true saints, and all these things must be yours if you’re to truly be able to consider yourself “saved.” It’s because His saints are like this that God can say the nice things He says about them and promise them the good things He’s promised! And truly if they’d called to mind that country from which they’d come out, they would have had opportunity to return. But now they desire a better, that is, a heavenly country. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God, for He’s prepared a city for them. (Heb11:15-16)

The preachers of the adulterated gospel have called dogs and swine, “saints.” They’ve called goats, “sheep.” But the false “saints” still behave like dogs, swine and goats. They’re carnal and they behave like carnal men. They’re not like true saints at all. They’re not like Christ at all! They don’t have Christ in them! He who says he abides in Him (Christ) ought himself also to walk just as He walked. (1Jn2:6)

Over and over the scriptures say, “by this we know we’re in Him or we love Him because we keep His commandments.” (Jn14:15; 1Jn5:3) Anyone who says he knows Him and doesn’t keep His commandments is a liar and the Truth isn’t in him. (1Jn2:4) These are the kind of scriptures those who peddle the gospel rarely or never preach. Yet these are the scriptures that define the real saints! Those who peddle the gospel aren’t peddling it to saints. The people who are buying into their lies are being conned which makes them “suckers” not saints. Suckers are what conmen prey upon. P.T. Barnum said, “There’s a sucker born every minute.” The church of the adulterated gospel is like a P.T. Barnum circus that’s not converting people, but entertaining and then “ripping off” the suckers. They’re not getting these suckers born again. They’re taking their money and turning them into clowns, not sons of God!

God’s true people are those who’ve come out from among the worldly and become separate. And God is truly a Father to them! (2Cor6:17) Whereas the adulterated gospel lets the false “believers” stay where they are, fellowshipping with all the sin and corruption in the world, often living wicked, worldly lives. Many profess to be “saved” even while they’re still full of covetousness of  which God says, But now I have written to you not to keep company with anyone named a brother, who is sexually immoral, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or an extortioner -- not even to eat with such a person. (1Cor5:11) So these false “believers” are full of flesh, sin and corruption. They have nothing of the Spirit of Christ in them, yet they think they’re saved and going to heaven! The adulterated gospel is selling a cheap salvation! A “blue light special” salvation! A “bargain basement” salvation! You don’t have to pick up your cross or lose your life to be saved according to this lying gospel! The gospel peddlers tell you what Jesus has done for you but won’t tell you what you need to do for Him! The world is so full of this corrupted “christianity,” there’ll be almost as many professing “christians” in hell as there are unbelievers. Entire “churches” and denominations are lost because of this wicked adulterated gospel. Now God says the real church is His temple, a habitation for God in the Spirit. The true believers recognize like the priests and the Levites of old there are strict rules of sanctification concerning God’s temple. The high priest can go into the Holy of Holies only once a year and not without blood. (Heb9:7) Priests can’t go into the holy place without first washing. (Ex30:20) They have to wear the proper clothing; (Ezek45:17-19) they must be careful about what they can eat and where they may eat it. Certain sacrifices can only be eaten in the temple and they can’t be taken home because they’re holy. (Lev7:6) All these extraordinary rules of sanctification under the Old Covenant indicate that not anybody can go just anywhere in the temple. Holiness has to be maintained. And that’s true for the New Covenant temple as well as the Old in a spiritual sense.

The old serves as a “type and shadow” indicating there has to be a fastidious pursuit of holiness in the New Covenant temple. Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God. (2Cor7:1) The false church erroneously equates keeping the commandments of Jesus to do with rewards not salvation. There’s no reward for people who don’t keep the commandments, and the greatest of God’s rewards is salvation. So this is one of the big lies those who preach the adulterated gospel tell their victims. The truth is the scriptures continually connect keeping the commandments of Christ with having Christ’s Spirit or abiding in Christ. Now he who keeps His commandments abides in Him, and He in him. And by this we know that He abides in us, by the Spirit whom He’s given us. (1Jn3:24) Now by this we know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments. He who says, “I know Him,” and doesn’t keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth isn’t in him. But whoever keeps His Word; truly the love of God is perfected in him. (1Jn2:3-5) This verse proves that keeping His Word is the same as keeping His commandments. And if we don’t keep His commandments or His Word we won’t have His Spirit. He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I’ll love him and manifest Myself to him. Jesus answered and said to him, “If anyone loves Me, he’ll keep My Word; and My Father will love him, and We’ll come to him and make Our home with him.” (Jn14:21,23) And if we don’t have His Spirit we’re not “saved.” Now if anyone doesn’t have the Spirit of Christ, he’s not His. (Rom8:9)

If we keep His commandments and have His Spirit, then we also have access to the great blessing of “answered prayer.” And whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do those things that are pleasing in His sight. (1Jn3:22) Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions we desire of Him. (1Jn5:14-15) If God hears you His answer is yes and amen! (2Cor1:20) God doesn’t answer “no” concerning any of His promises. But he doesn’t hear you if you’re asking for something outside of His will so He gives no answer at all if He doesn’t hear you. This tells us God’s true people will not ask for anything outside His will. Anything they ask for they’ll be asking because they know it’s God’s will to give it to them. So God’s true children know what they’re asking for is of God and they know He hears them. And they know He’ll give them what they’re asking for, because they both keep His commandments and they only ask according to God’s will. So to be a true believer you must be obedient, (1Pt1:2) you have to keep His Word, you must keep His commandments. You must be led by His Spirit (Rom8:14) and you must have the hearing of faith. (Gal 3:2) Then anybody who claims to be of God but who’s not keeping His commands can’t be His because He doesn’t hear them and their prayers aren’t being answered. They’re not of Him if they don’t keep His commands. So Christ’s body is composed only of those who keep His commandments and do the things pleasing in His sight. (1Jn3:22) God’s temple of living stones is composed of a people who God hears and who hear God. (Jn10:27) He’s their God and they’re His people because they’ve come out and become separate. (2Cor6:16-18) They’re perfecting holiness in the fear of God. (2Cor7:1)They’re crucified to this world and this world is crucified to them. (Gal 6:14) God’s true children see themselves as having one great purpose in life. What’s the purpose of a temple? To be a barn to raise animals in? It’s a place for God to dwell. Every stone, every timber, every article that’s in that temple has one purpose, for the glory of God. As true Christians what’s your purpose? To be a habitation for God in the Spirit for the glory of God! (Eph2:22) That’s the great purpose of our lives! There’s no higher purpose. It’s what we live for. If you don’t see yourself as being a habitation for God, and if you don’t see yourself functioning as the temple of God then you’re outside Christ’s body because you have a function that isn’t pertinent to Christ’s calling. That you may be filled with all the fullness of God. (Eph3:19)

What’s your calling as you see it? What purpose do you serve in this earth? Why are you here? The main reason for God’s temple to be in the earth, it’s to provide a place where people can find God and that’s the same purpose you must have if you’re to be a part of His church. So to fulfill that purpose you must do everything that’s required of you in order that God can truly live in you and you abide in Him. That when somebody comes to God’s temple looking for God; He’s there. And the name of the city from that day shall be: THE LORD IS THERE. (Ezek48:35b) And can it be said of you “God is there?” If God is there in you when somebody needs help you can pray and God will hear you. So this is an essential part of your salvation that you be a temple of God. (See our previous Glory of His Grace publication, Being God’s Temple) No one outside God’s temple can be saved. No one who’s not a living stone in Christ’s temple is a true believer. To be a “living stone” means a functioning member of Christ’s body – doing an effectual work on behalf of the brethren and God’s kingdom. But, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head-- Christ--from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love. (Eph4:15-16)But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all! (1Cor12:7) To be a temple of God is required of a saint; to be a functioning living stone member of God’s church is a requirement. If you recognize yourself to be a member of God’s temple then you must also recognize that you must not defile that temple and the temple must be kept holy and you must be holy. (1Cor3:16,17) Christ’s church is composed of people in whom God dwells. God answers their prayers. When they pray God hears them because they keep His commandments and do what’s pleasing in His sight. (1Jn3:22) Maintaining that perfect relationship with God is our calling, the purpose for our existence. We who belong to Christ are here today in this age to be a place where people who really want to find God can find Him. You’re here to be a dwelling place where God abides in the earth, where you can pray when you see things going on that aren’t right and God will hear what you’re praying and do something about it.

So because of your relationship with Christ, God’s presence is in the earth, and His presence is here not as a mere observer. He’s here as a judiciary and a Savior! Meaning He’ll straighten things out that aren’t right. And He’ll save people and help people that want to escape from this evil age. He’s here as a lifeboat and a rescue station for the people who see they need to get out of this evil age. Christ and His saints are giving the elect a way out. God hasn’t left people without a way to escape the holocaust of His wrath that’s soon to come upon this earth. He’s given the elect a way of escape and that way is to come to His temple. If you’re a true Christian you’re that temple. You’re the place where they can come and be delivered. “Beam me up Scotty! Get me out of here!” And that’s what Jesus does with His resurrection power. He raises you and seats you together with Him in the heavenlies. (Eph2:4-6) He raises sinners out of their death in trespasses and sins, because He has a “beam me up” station, which is His temple; us!

Now that’s our purpose, that’s why we’re here. And we can’t be Christ’s church unless we keep His commandments and do what’s pleasing in His sight. (1Jn3:22) Unless we perfect holiness in the fear of God. (2Cor7:1) Unless we understand that if we regard iniquity, God won’t hear us. (Ps66:18) And if He doesn’t hear us we aren’t His. But it’s our purpose to be a place where prayers to God are heard and answered. Where God manifests His power, where there are many demonstrations of God’s presence, and testimonies to His deliverance and answering of the prayers of the saints; a place where we behave as the bible says saints ought to behave, not peddling the Word of God as so many; not adulterating the gospel for gain. But as Paul, we’re preaching the Truth from a sincere heart. For we’re not, as so many, peddling the Word of God; but as of sincerity, but as from God, we speak in the sight of God in Christ. (2Cor2:17) There’ll be no “peddling” of the gospel in Christ’s true church – no adulterating for gain. Freely you have received, freely give. (Mt10:8b)

Prophecy: To My servant Bill and My church at My Father’s House; you know My Word says you must lose your life to save it, and all My people must love My Word and My Truth more than their own lives. And I’ve found of those here who love Me and love My Word and My Truth, and have given up all for My Truth. I say to you this is what I’ll do here; as I’ve held up My Word before you as a mirror and as you’ve seen your iniquity and your sin, and as you’ve cried out to Me for grace and have turned away from your iniquities, what I’m doing here is, I’m holding up as a mirror My servant Bill, My pastor in the earth today. And Bill, you’ll be a mirror to every pastor in this world, and every one that looks into that mirror will be mightily convicted by My Spirit, for even now I’m working this across many nations today. And what you’ll see are so-called pastors in the curstian churches stepping down out of the pulpits, because they’ve not loved My Truth the way you’ve loved My Truth and they haven’t spoken the Truth in love to the flocks they’ve led. Because they love their own lives, for selfish gain they’ve spoken lies and haven’t spoken what is right for the saving of the souls of their people. I tell you, even now they’re stepping down. See them stepping down from their pulpits! They’ll step down in shame and they’ll not rise up again. I say this also, many young men who are in the seminaries, they’ll see the work of My power to cause these men to step down, and they’ll no longer even pursue their education toward becoming pastors. They’ll begin dropping out of their colleges; they’ll surely come out. But not all shall be lost, for I’ll cause some of them to see My servant Bill, and how he stands up for My Truth and labors to bring forth My glorious church. And I’ll cause some of these young men to come; they’ll come humbly; they’ll come broken and they’ll come to be taught by My true servants; and some of them I’ll raise up to be My pastors in the earth today. And this is the work that I’m doing even now; you’ll see it with your eyes. And I’ll be glorified in My church, thus saith the Lord.

Prophecy: I’ve told you in My Word to be content if you have food and raiment. But I’ve shown you what you’re not to be content in is your holiness and your sanctification – in these things you must strive for perfection, in these things you must move forward diligently. For all around you things are backwards. The false and the worldly who claim to “believe” still strive for the fine homes and the fancy church buildings and the stylish cars and many possessions which show forth their greed and avarice. They show forth their ambitions and pride, and yet, for My holiness, for My sanctification they’ve no interest; they’re content to remain in their filth. This is an abomination, and it is backwards. For all the things they love will perish and come falling down around them. Only those who live in My simplicity and have sought for My holiness and My sanctification are the ones who’ll be standing in the end. These are the blessed ones who have the freedom and liberty to live My way in My life and show forth My glory for their glory comes from Me; not from what they have, but from who they are and who I am in them. I tell you, I’m bringing this to an end; this false, backwards way of “believing” for it isn’t of Christ. It’s a façade, worldly people putting on a face mask and falsely calling themselves Mine. But the mask is being ripped off and what is underneath will be shown to be filth. But My church who are walking in My light will be seen to be glorious. For by following My ways and My Spirit, she’s made herself a beautiful crown and glory unto Me, thus saith the Lord.  (Prophecies delivered at My Father’s House)
