The 1st Resurrection & Mark 16!

By Pastor Bill Taylor

A publication of My Father's House, inc. Volume 10/ Issue 15

I’ll come to you shortly, if the Lord wills, and I’ll know, not the word of those who are puffed up, but the power. For the Kingdom of God isn’t in word but in power. (1Cor4:19,20) Most so called “christians” today think religion is all words. They spend their time hearing and saying things about God and they think that’s what “christianity” is. But Paul makes it clear the Kingdom isn’t in word but power. If you don’t possess God’s power you aren’t of His Kingdom. From the beginning Paul speaks of demonstrating the Spirit in power, that your faith should be in the power of God. (1Cor2:4,5) He wants you to know the exceeding greatness of God’s power toward us who believe. (Eph1:19) Wherever there’s a conflict between true Christianity and false the argument will be won by a demonstration of God’s power. We must be praying for such demonstrations of power if we expect any real evangelistic work to be accomplished through us.

What do you want? Shall I come to you with a rod, or in love and a spirit of gentleness? (1Cor4:21) How many times have I had to come to you with a rod? And why? Because you weren’t demonstrating the power of Christ living in you, so you had to be chastened. By your lack of faith you’re proving it isn’t true that greater is He who’s in you than he who’s in the world. (1Jn4:4) Too often you’re allowing beggarly things (Gal 4:9) to reign over you and keep you in a powerless state where you’ve nothing to give one another for the edifying of the church in love. (Eph4:16) There must be a demonstration of the power of the living Christ in you or you aren’t in God’s Kingdom. There must be a demonstration of the power when we’re evangelizing or we can’t claim to be of Christ! The Kingdom isn’t in doctrine except as the doctrine takes us to God’s power. If the doctrine isn’t taking us into God’s power the doctrine isn’t right. We’re preaching a living God who has all power. We’re preaching a Christ who’s seated in the heavenlies above all authority and every name that’s named. (Eph1:20-22) Now let’s see Christ powerfully operating in our lives and demonstrate He’s really risen. Our expectation must always be to demonstrate the power of the living God in our churches, our lives, and our ministries! I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove (demonstrate) what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. (Rom12:1,2) Powerless “christianity” isn’t Christianity! Without the power of God it’s a fake. Just as a dead battery is no longer useful because there’s no power in it, so it’s just a piece of scrap, “christianity” without the power of God is just a “picture” of and not the reality of Christ. “Christ the power of God!” (1Cor1:24) “Christianity” without God’s power is “christianity” without Christ! What kind of Christianity do you have? In the last days perilous times will come…Men will have a form of godliness but denying its power! (2Tim3:1,2,5) What kind of Christianity are you praying for? Are you demonstrating Christ’s power? A few weeks ago I had an injury to my mouth where I’d bitten into a sharp bone. It was like a knife had gone deep into my gums and days later it still hadn’t stopped hurting, especially when I ate. But last week as I was studying these “power” verses and feeling the pain in my gums my faith rose up and I said, “In the name of Jesus and in the power of that name I rebuke you!” The pain stopped instantly and it hasn’t come back!

Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom. And in all your getting, get understanding. (Pr4:7) Understanding is extraordinarily important to everything that concerns Christianity, faith, and even your everyday life. If you understand how something works you can fix it and keep it working right. When something goes wrong a person without understanding doesn’t know what to do. Jesus understood the “Law” and the will of God. The Pharisees could quote the law but they didn’t understand it so they often abused or misapplied it! There’ll always be failures where there’s a lack of understanding. Some of you have seen faith work and think you know something about it but there’s a lot more to it than you know. When you get understanding and you really know how faith works you can flow in the Spirit of faith. Understanding has everything to do with abiding in the Spirit, because to abide you need to understand which spirit is of God. By understanding I can know this Spirit is of God and that one isn’t. Beloved, don’t believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they’re of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world. By this you know the Spirit of God: Every Spirit that confesses Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God, and every spirit that doesn’t confess Jesus Christ has come in the flesh isn’t of God. And this is the spirit of Antichrist, which you’ve heard was coming, and is now already in the world. (1Jn4:1-3) Whenever there’s a faith failure it’s due to a lack of understanding. Sometimes the lack is willful. When someone wants something very much they may refuse to hear if you tell them they can’t have it. Likewise they won’t listen or understand if God’s saying it’s forbidden. So because of lust they’ll blind themselves and that blindness will lead them to disaster. It’s very dangerous to have a deceived heart which is why you mustn’t let your heart go after things inordinate or before it’s God’s season. (Song3:5) If you don’t have a heart to love God’s Truth, lust will blind you. The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they didn’t receive the love of the Truth that they might be saved. And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, that they all may be condemned who didn’t believe the Truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness. (2Th2:9-12) For the hearts of this people have grown dull. Their ears are hard of hearing, and their eyes they have closed, lest they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, lest they should understand with their hearts and turn, so that I should heal them. (Mt13:15) Understanding begins in your heart. If your heart isn’t in it you won’t understand. O you simple ones, understand prudence, and you fools, be of an understanding heart. (Pr8:5) Then he said to me, “Don’t fear, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your heart to understand and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard.” (Dan10:12) Understanding has to do with the attitude of your heart. A carnal person doesn’t want to understand if understanding will require him to let go of something he likes. That’s why it’s difficult to get sinners who enjoy their sin to understand the gospel. Robin left the church because she didn’t have a heart to understand. Her heart was attached to something personal and she didn’t want to understand because if she understood she’d have to lose what her flesh very much wanted to keep. God must be first in your life. But seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. (Mt6:33) Everyone will be tested on that. God can’t be second to anything. Jesus said to him, “You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.” This is the first and greatest commandment. (Mt22:37,38) It doesn’t matter how good a “christian” you seem to be if there’s something in your heart you love more than God, God knows it and He won’t put up with it. He’ll uncover it. I, the LORD, search the heart, I test the mind, even to give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his doings. (Jer17:10) I really do love the Lord, more than I love my wife or my children or even this church. God has proven that of me many times. I’ve not been tested once, but over and over. In every test I’ve chosen God even over my most precious loved ones. Now it came to pass after these things that God tested Abraham, and said to him, “Abraham!” And he said, “Here I am.” Then He said, “Take now your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you.” Then the Angel of the LORD called to Abraham a second time out of heaven, and said: “By Myself I’ve sworn, says the LORD, because you’ve done this thing, and haven’t withheld your son, your only son – in blessing I’ll bless you, and multiplying I’ll multiply your descendants as the stars of the heaven and as the sand which is on the seashore; and your descendants shall possess the gates of their enemies.” (Gen22:1,2,15-17) To love God more than your most beloved family member makes you a “son of Abraham” indeed. He who loves father or mother more than Me isn’t worthy of Me. And he who loves son or daughter more than Me isn’t worthy of Me. (Mt10:37) Only by loving God more than anything or anyone else can you be a real disciple and it’s loving God first and above all else that makes me a real Christian. No matter how dedicated, sincere, no matter how many sacrifices Mike has seemed to make as he’s “serving the Lord,” if he’s put his girlfriend ahead of God he isn’t the same as me and he isn’t equal to me and his “christianity” doesn’t measure up to my Christianity, or Jesus’, or Abraham’s. He doesn’t walk the same road we walk. He doesn’t love God the way I love God and he doesn’t love God the way Jesus loves God or the way Abraham loves God. He isn’t keeping the first and greatest commandment therefore no matter how good he looks because of all the seemingly “christian” things he’s doing this one thing he loves more than God is enough to disqualify him. And you’ll also be disqualified if there’s anything you love more than God. Anything you put ahead of God makes you an idolater, one who loves the creature more than the creator, and idolatry can’t be permitted in God’s church. God’s church is His temple, a habitation for God in the Spirit and He’ll not have idols in His temple. It’s amazing how much people will do to try to get God to bless what they selfishly want and how religious they can look when they’re actually trying to get God to bless their lusts. They can look like they’re fervently serving the Lord but it’s all being done out of a selfish motivation. Whereas the person who has Christ in him is serving God out of love. But the Word of God always divides the true from the false. For the Word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit. (Heb4:12) The Word will show who’s real and who isn’t, who’s working in selfishness versus who’s working in love. The deceit is that a selfish person can put the appearance of love on everything else he does in order to keep his one predominantly selfish thing. Whereas the real Christian doesn’t have that one selfish thing. He’s walking in love and serving God from the heart so when the test comes he’ll give up everything he has, even what he loves most to continue to serve God rightly. And this is what Jesus says the criteria for discipleship is. “So likewise, whoever of you doesn’t forsake all that he has can’t be My disciple.” (Lk14:33)

Some false “christians” say you don’t have to forsake all, but just be willing to. But Jesus doesn’t say you have to be willing to, He says you have to. Why does He say have to? How do you know your willing to unless you’ve done it? You’ll never find out who’s really willing to unless they actually do forsake all. The point is you’ll be tested. Forsaking all may be interpreted as forsaking the thing you love most next to God, because if you’ll forsake that for God you’d certainly forsake everything else. God may not choose to test you on everything else if you pass His test on the big thing. With Abraham the big thing was Isaac. He’d been waiting for that son for 25 years. In those days not having a son meant your name ended with you. This son was to carry on Abraham’s name. Oriental people especially would value their firstborn son above anything else in their life, and except for God, Abraham surely loved and valued Isaac supremely. But when the test came and God asked for him, Abraham proved he loved God even more than Isaac. (Gen22) Now are you a son of Abraham? How does Jesus define the sons of Abraham? “Those who do the works of Abraham.” (Jn8:39) So what’s the work Abraham did? It was his giving up of his most beloved son Isaac that caused God to rejoice over Abraham and say, “In blessing I’ll bless you!” (Gen22:15-17) Abraham chose God over his chief joy. If I forget you, O Jerusalem, let my right hand forget its skill! If I don’t remember you, let my tongue cling to the roof of my mouth -- If I don’t exalt Jerusalem above my chief joy. (Ps137:5,6) David’s also putting the things of God ahead of his “chief joy!” And what happened with Robin and Mike is they didn’t do the works of Abraham. They didn’t love the Lord more than their chief joy. So they’re not children of Abraham. Now the question is what are you?

If you’ve been given an understanding of loving God “supremely,” what does that understanding do for you? If you’re given an understanding of how faith works what does that do for you? You can see other people have faith but until you understand even though you know God did it for blind Bartimaeus it still won’t work for you. So how important is understanding? With all your getting get understanding. (Pr4:7) When you get the understanding and you know how faith works then you’ll know how to make it work. It’s not enough to know you should love God supremely, you must actually do it. So “pursue love” (1Cor14:1) until you get it! It’s not enough to know you need understanding, you must actually get it. Often understanding can come from prayerful meditation. I have more understanding than all my teachers, for Your testimonies are my meditation. (Ps119:99) To get understanding you must look into things and ask the Lord to show you how they work and examine them carefully to get an idea of what’s going on. Much understanding comes from watching and prayerful meditation, but even then you won’t see rightly if you don’t have a heart to understand. Why does a fool have in his hand the purchase price of wisdom when he has no heart for it. (Pr17:16) What good is wisdom to a person who has no use for it? To gain understanding you must have a heart for it. There has to be something in you that very much wants to understand and recognizes the value of understanding. If you really desire to see faith “work” you need to understand it. People who have a desire to save lives may become doctors. Because of this desire to save lives they’ll study hard and become good doctors because they have a heart for it. What makes a good doctor isn’t a desire to become wealthy and drive a Cadillac. Some people become doctors for wrong reasons and they’re not good doctors. It can be dangerous to go to a hospital. It’s said 100,000 deaths a year are caused by mistakes made in hospitals. Where there are nurses and doctors whose hearts aren’t in it – who are just in it to make a living, they tend to make mistakes. The same thing applies to Christianity. What makes a good pastor is his heart is in it. He isn’t doing it for the money. There are too many pastors who aren’t called of God, who are seeking wealth, status or something fleshly. If their heart isn’t in it they’re not saving people. What makes a good Christian? You can’t be a Christian if your heart isn’t in it. Unless your heart’s in it, you won’t even try. The whole point of being a Christian is to get your heart changed; your heart has to be passionately for God. You know the heart of Jesus was to glorify His Father and finish the work. (Jn4:34) But how are you to glorify the Father even if your heart wants to unless you take hold of the knowledge and understanding of what to do and how to do it? If you really desire to glorify God your heart will compel you to seek out the understanding so you can actually do everything that needs to be done for God’s glory!

Suppose you have a son who testifies to the church about some “christian” things he’s doing but at home you can’t get him to cut the grass or to clean his room without asking him fourteen times. Such a son isn’t a Christian. Even though he seems to do some “christian” things he doesn’t have a heart to obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. (Eph6:1) By disobeying the scriptures he proves Jesus isn’t in him. If he were a real Christian you wouldn’t have to push him to do right. But if anyone doesn’t provide for his own, and especially for those of his household, he’s denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever. (1Tim5:8) And if he’s testifying to the church about how much he’s doing right when he still has so many things wrong at home, he’s really a deceiver, trying to pass for something he’s not! You’re not a true Christian if you’re making your godly pastor or parents unhappy! If you can’t please a godly pastor you aren’t pleasing God! And if you don’t have a heart to please God you can’t please God’s people. In real life I have a son who has it in his heart to please me. He’s always trying to please me. Sometimes he doesn’t do so well but he has a heart for it, so he always learns to do better. The heart makes the difference! Where’s your heart? If your heart doesn’t want to understand you won’t. A heart that desires to understand will compel you to seek answers. Out of the heart spring the issues of life. (Pr4:23) The heart will push you to keep looking, asking questions, and meditating until you get the knowledge and understanding you need. That’s why it’s so important that your heart seek after right things because it can be that way about bad things too. Your heart motivates and energizes you, so you better have a heart that’s pushing you towards heaven. The true church is here to offer Christ to people who have a heart that really desires to know God. We can give true seekers the knowledge of God, the understanding of God, and teach them the ways of God so they can actually attain to salvation, grow up in Christ and be found worthy of the first resurrection.

Most church people don’t know the resurrection of life isn’t automatic or guaranteed just because you’re a “believer.” There’s a resurrection of death and a resurrection of life. (Jn5:28,29) Paul says, “I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. if, by any means, I may attain to the resurrection” (of life.) (Phil 3:11,14) For you to attain to the resurrection of life Jesus has to call you. He must know you and want you in His Kingdom. Jesus will soon return to reign on earth for 1,000 years. (Rev20:4) During this period of time on the earth Jesus will be in complete control. Then all the angels in heaven and all the sentient beings in the universe will be able to see what the world could have been like if Adam had held on to God instead of running after Eve’s sin. They’ll see what the world could be like if man followed God instead of the devil. That Truth will be demonstrated during the millennium. Jesus is soon returning to reign on earth for 1,000 years and He’ll reign with the ones He’s chosen, the ones He calls His own, the ones who’ve proven they love Him more than mother, father, brother, or sister, (Mt10:37) the ones who’ve forsaken all for Him. (Lk14:33) These, His true disciples, will be raised in the first resurrection, the resurrection of life, the resurrection you won’t make if you don’t change your heart, because you have to do more than improve a little bit. To make the first resurrection you must give yourself completely to Christ, completely! He’s not going to accept a little bit of improvement. So don’t fool yourself into thinking because you’ve done a couple good deeds now and then that will qualify you for immortality. It’s not enough! What gets you to the first resurrection is loving the Lord with all your heart, and actually forsaking anything and everything worldly for Jesus. You must actually live in such a way as demonstrates your love for Him is supreme so when the time comes He’ll know you and call you to be with Him in the first resurrection.

This is the beauty of Christ our New Covenant High Priest who ever liveth to make intercession for us. A mortal Priest may know your name, love you, and even pray for you until the day he dies, but then it stops. What’s the excellence of Jesus? He never stops; He never forgets His people, He continues to intercede, because He ever liveth, He ever intercedeth. (Heb7:25) The day’s coming soon when Jesus will be given the go ahead to bring His bride home. And He’ll know the names of those who are His. (Jn10:14) Those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. (Gal 5:24) Those are the ones He’ll call, who’ll be raised and joined to the Lord forever. (1Th4:17) That’s the beginning of the manifest Kingdom of God! This is what Paul is pressing to attain to. (Phil 3:11,14) Are you pressing to attain this? If Paul the great apostle must strive to attain to the resurrection of life and you aren’t even thinking about it something is dreadfully wrong with your Christianity. You’re not going to achieve what you aren’t even thinking about. To enter into the resurrection of life you must be chosen by Jesus. If you sleep you must be called by Jesus out of the grave. If you’re alive and remain you must be called to meet Him in the air when in the twinkling of an eye His saints will be changed into the glorified body. (1Cor15:52) If you miss this first resurrection you’ll stay in the grave until the resurrection of condemnation. (Rev20:5) Or if you’re alive and miss it, you’ll suffer the wrath of the antichrist and then the wrath of God in the final tribulation. If you’re a gentile “believer” who misses the first resurrection you’re not going to live through the tribulation. Don’t be deceived by these foolish Baptist books and movies about how to survive the tribulation. And they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables. (2Tim4:4) Gentile “believers” who miss the resurrection of life will die in the tribulation with the harlot “church” and they won’t go to heaven. (Rev17:16) Only unevangelized gentiles who treat the Jews well (Mt25:34,35) and repentant Jews have the possibility of surviving. (Zec13:8) When the resurrection of life takes place the age of the gentiles has ended. Now the clock in Daniel’s seventy weeks (Dan9:24-27) starts ticking again, and it’s ticking for the Jews. That’s when God starts dealing with the Jews as His nation again. And it’s the Jews who can be saved during the great tribulation, not the gentiles. It’s pretty much over for the gentiles. Jesus says the door has been closed. And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding; and the door was shut. Afterward the other virgins came also, saying, “Lord, Lord, open to us!” But he answered and said, “Assuredly, ‘I say to you,’ I don’t know you.” (Mt25:10-12) The first resurrection is over, the door is shut. Those who missed it are those He didn’t know and He didn’t call. But in the days of the sounding of the seventh angel, when he’s about to sound (his trumpet), the mystery of God would be finished, as He declared to His servants the prophets. (Rev10:7) This is the last trumpet. Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed -- in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. (1Cor15:51,52) At the last trumpet the first resurrection takes place and the mystery of God is fulfilled. Then the seventh angel sounded: And there were loud voices in heaven, saying, “The kingdoms of this world have become the Kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever!” (Rev11:15) The temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God and from His power, and no one was able to enter the temple till the seven plagues of the seven angels were completed. (Rev15:8) God’s temple is the true church made of living stones – when she’s glorified, raised, filled with God’s glory as described here – no one else can enter. It’s too late now for anyone else to become a part of Christ’s church. The door is closed. Jesus says to the church of Smyrna “Be faithful unto death and I’ll give you the crown of life” and “you won’t be hurt by the second death.” (Rev2:10,11) Those raised in the first resurrection have received the immortal glorified body, so they can’t be hurt by the second death, (Rev20:14) which follows the resurrection of damnation. Don’t marvel at this; for the hour is coming in which all who are in the graves will hear His voice and come forth -- those who’ve done good, to the resurrection of life, and those who’ve done evil, to the resurrection of condemnation. (Jn5:28,29) Jesus is the Lord of the resurrection. At the proper time He’ll raise both the good and the evil. He’s the one who decides which resurrection you’ll be called in, the first which is a call unto glory – or the second which is the call to damnation. And many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, some to shame and everlasting contempt. (Dan12:2) The first resurrection is to everlasting life, the second to everlasting shame.

Most people have an erroneous concept of heaven as the place where disembodied spirits of good people will reside forever. The Truth is the bodiless spirits of the righteous dead reside with the Lord. We are confident, yes, well pleased rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord. (2Cor5:8) And the disembodied spirits of the unrighteous are tormented in hell. (Lk16:23) Hell is just a holding tank awaiting the resurrection of condemnation. But the spirits with Christ and those under the altar are awaiting the resurrection of life. When He opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who’d been slain for the Word of God and for the testimony which they held. And they cried with a loud voice, saying, “How long, O Lord, holy and true, until You judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?” Then a white robe was given to each of them; and it was said to them that they should rest a little while longer, until both the number of their fellow servants and their brethren, who’d be killed as they were, was completed. (Rev6:9-11) When the righteous die “in the Lord” their bodiless spirits go to be with Christ but when the righteous enter the Kingdom of God we won’t be disembodied spirits anymore. In that day we’ll have glorified bodies. For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed with our habitation which is from heaven, if indeed, having been clothed, we shall not be found naked. For we who are in this tent groan, being burdened, not because we want to be unclothed, but further clothed, that mortality may be swallowed up by life. (2Cor5:2-4) God created us spirits meant to dwell in a body and soon He’ll give us a glorified body that’s fit for our spirits to dwell in forever. So the resurrection of the righteous is their reward for their righteousness. But why are the unrighteous raised? Because they’ve sinned in their flesh bodies God will punish them in their flesh. He’ll raise them so they can feel their punishment in the body. The wicked have done damage to other people’s flesh bodies, such as the martyrs, so they’ll suffer what it’s like when it’s done to their bodies. They’re going to feel what they’ve done to others in the flesh, and know the pangs the flesh feels in its destruction. This is God’s justice. He’ll raise the wicked in mortal bodies so He can punish them in the likeness of the bodies in which they’ve sinned. And they’ll be cast into the lake of fire in their raised mortal bodies, so they can suffer in the flesh in the ways they’ve made the righteous suffer.

Many people in this world seem fascinated with horror. Look at all the movies: Jason, Freddie Kruger, Alien, etc. And such people seem to think the uglier something is the more terrifying it is. But they’re wrong. None of these ugly monsters can even begin to match the terror of the Lord. Our beautiful Lord is more terrifying in His manifestations of judgment and glory than the ugliest creatures of which you can conceive. Because ugliness isn’t terrifying – but power is terrifying, particularly when it’s used against you. God is all terrifying because He’s all powerful! And the wicked will find the terror of the Lord (2Cor5:11) to be the supreme terror beyond all terrors! As far as the present day gentiles are concerned making the first resurrection is your only opportunity for salvation. And with something as important as this when it’s your only opportunity, you’d better give it your best effort! You’d better go after it with all your heart! And that’s what real Christianity does and what the true church is here to do for you is to show you all the needful things you must understand and do so you can attain to the first resurrection. If your “church” isn’t doing that for you you’re in the wrong “church.” But the other side of this is if you don’t have a heart to understand then I’m wasting my time in trying to help you. You must have a heart that really wants to attain to the prize if anyone is to be able to teach you successfully, so your first step is get your heart right. If you know your heart isn’t right confess it to God and ask Him to save you from your bad heart and give you a good heart. That’s what you get in a real water baptism. You’re born again which means you have a new heart; a heart to do God’s will. Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues of life. (Pr4:23) In baptism you’re raised by the power of God into a new life in Christ. (Col 2:12) (See our Glory of His Grace book “Baptism and Salvation”) Don’t try to play games with God when you know your heart isn’t right. Get the heart straightened out or nothing else will work. After you get your new heart though you need to do something more and that’s to crucify the flesh.

If your heart is right the very things you want to do for God are the things that your flesh doesn’t want to do. So the flesh has to be crucified. For what I’m doing, I don’t understand. For what I will to do, I don’t practice; but what I hate, I do. If then, I do what I will not to do, I agree with the law that it’s good. But now, it’s no longer I who do it, but sin that dwells in me. For I know that in me (that is in my flesh) nothing good dwells; for to will is present with me, but how to perform what’s good I don’t find. For the good I will to do, I don’t do; but the evil I will not to do, I practice. Now if I do what I will not to do, it’s no longer I who do it, but sin that dwells in me. (Rom7:15-20) If I’m actually to do good I must conquer and crucify that sin in the flesh, and not allow it to operate. But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members. O wretched man that I am! Who’ll deliver me from this body of death? I thank God -- through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, with the mind I myself serve the law of God, but with the flesh the law of sin. There’s therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don’t walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death. (Rom7:23-8:2) So if it’s sin that dwells in me it’s not me per se that does the unrighteousness but the sin in me. But if it’s Christ who dwells in me, it’s not me that does righteousness but Christ in me who makes me righteous. So that’s the choice. Will sin in your flesh control you or will Christ in your heart control you? It’s sin in the flesh that makes me sin even when I want to do good. Most people want to do good, don’t you? But the sin in your flesh won’t let you do good because the sin is more powerful than you are. Then who can save me from this sin in the flesh? Jesus! Jesus is stronger than the sin in my flesh. He proved His strength in His sinless earth walk! Jesus be the Lord of my life, so I’m no longer a slave to sin but now I’m a slave to Jesus, a slave to God’s righteousness. But God be thanked that though you were slaves of sin, yet you obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine to which you were delivered. And having been set free from sin, you became slaves of righteousness. (Rom6:17,18) So I’m crucified with Christ. I don’t live any longer. Christ lives in me. The life I live now is Christ in me. (Gal 2:20) Now the good I want to do I can do but it’s not me who does it, it’s Jesus in me who does it. I seem to be the same person I was but now I have a new heart and a different master. Still in myself I’m the weak one; I’m weaker than sin. I’m weaker than Christ. But I have the power of choice. And if sin is the one I choose to control me, I’m going where sin takes me and that’s to hell. But if Christ is the one I choose to control me then I’m going where Christ takes me and that’s to the resurrection of life. If Christ is living in me, He won’t say “Depart from Me I never knew you,” but He’ll say, “I know you, I know you inside and out. I’m the one who lives in you.” The Japanese word for this is naka-yoshi. It means we’re so close you can’t separate us, like Siamese twins, Jesus and me! Everything that’s good in me is from Him. You’ll win this battle only if Christ lives in you, so you must have faith for Him to live in you, and have a heart for Him to live in you. You must have an understanding heart that desires to know and work the things of God because your heart goes after God, if you hope to attain to the first resurrection. Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years. (Rev20:6)

Prophecy: I’ll not take an unwilling bride, I’ll not take a bride who has her heart on anything but Me. Concerning the bride I take I’m the center of her universe, I’m her heart’s desire, and that’s what I’m showing you My children, that your heart must be set on Me above all else. I give you in this world brethren, wives, husbands, and children, but your heart must be Mine first. For concerning those I give you, you can only do good for them in Me and you can only keep them in Me. Those who decide to keep the ones they love instead of Me or apart from Me, not only do they lose Me, but in the end they lose both Me and the ones they love. For I tell you only those who love Me first will know the everlasting joy of meeting Me and their brethren in My Kingdom, thus saith the Lord.

Prophecy: My servant Jude had a heart for My gospel. He had a heart for the Truth and he exhorts you even to this day to contend earnestly for the faith of the gospel that was once and for all delivered to the saints. Because his heart saw the corruption that was coming in he took steps of faith by My Spirit to stop it and I tell you My people I’ve revealed to you the true gospel, the gospel that saves, the gospel that delivers, the gospel that’s of My Kingdom and I’m putting this heart into you even now to stand up for this gospel, to demonstrate the power of this gospel, and to contend earnestly for this gospel that you may be My disciples indeed. It’s ordained that My gospel will be preached to the ends of the earth and even now it’s going forth through you. The scriptures are being fulfilled through you My people who live up to My gospel and demonstrate it and contend for it. Now let the power of My gospel manifest in you and show forth the Christ living in you. Show forth that it’s no longer flesh or sin ruling in you but I’m living in you and I’ll add to you and bring forth many sons and the wealth of the gentiles will come to you My church, thus saith the Lord. (Prophecies delivered at “My Father’s House”)

MARK 16: THE FALSE CONTROVERSY!

When He rose early on the first day of the week, He appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom He’d cast seven demons. She went and told those who’d been with Him as they mourned and wept. And when they heard He was alive and had been seen by her, they didn’t believe. After that, He appeared in another form to two of them as they walked and went into the country. And they went and told it to the rest, but they didn’t believe them either. Later He appeared to the eleven as they sat at the table; and He rebuked their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they didn’t believe those who’d seen Him after He’d risen. And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who doesn’t believe will be condemned. And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they’ll cast out demons; they’ll speak with new tongues; they’ll take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they’ll lay hands on the sick, and they’ll recover.” So then, after the Lord had spoken to them, He was received up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God. And they went out and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them and confirming the Word through accompanying signs. Amen. (Mk16:9-20)

Wicked liberal theologians have attempted to discredit this passage in Mark 16 beginning with verse 9 unto the end. Some modern bibles based on the erroneous greek texts of Westcott and Hort leave this passage out. They say it wasn’t there in the original manuscripts but this isn’t true. These verses are missing from the codex Sinaiticus and codex Vaticanus along with hundreds of other errors and omissions that totally discredit these texts from being seriously considered by reputable bible scholars. The verses are present in almost all ancient versions of Mark. And the Truth of what these verses say is much supported by other scriptures. By the mouth of two or three witnesses every word shall be established. (2Cor13:1b)

Liberal theologians, like Westcott and Hort fulfill the scriptures, Having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away! (2Tim3:5) They profess to know God, but in works they deny Him, being abominable, disobedient, and disqualified for every good work. (Tit1:16) They’ve no power with God and this discredits them from being considered true “believers.” For example, They’ll take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they’ll lay hands on the sick, and they’ll recover. (Mk16:18) If Westcott and Hort can’t lay hands on the sick and see them recover then these words of Christ disqualify them as being true believers. Thus to be able to pretend they’re believers they must eliminate God’s Words which expose their powerless false “christianity.” To change the English Word of God and be accepted they needed to change the original greek text. To do that they utilized the discarded and disreputable Sinaiticus and Vaticanus manuscripts which they falsely claimed were the oldest and therefore the most reliable or best manuscripts. This was utterly untrue. In the 1800’s these manuscripts may have been among the oldest but they were also the worst, the most erroneous and miscopied of all hand copied texts. They are no longer even considered the oldest. Some new version bibles may say in their notes such things as, “The ‘best’ manuscripts omit MK 16:9-20.” Those who do this are erroneously quoting Westcott and Hort’s prejudiced opinions.

Many promoters of the Mark 16 heresy seem to be very concerned about the curse attached to adding to God’s Word. For I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book. (Rev22:18) They ought to be equally concerned with the curse attached to deleting from God’s Word. And if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part from the Book of Life, from the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book. (Rev22:19) I challenge you who have a subnoted bible to look at how many times the word “omits” shows up in connection with NU which is the abbreviation for the texts based on the Westcott & Hort heresy. There are at least seven omissions in Rev 21 & 22 alone, which more than sufficiently qualifies Westcott & Hort and their cronies for the Rev 22:19 curse of damnation.

The sin of adding to the Word must be understood as adding something that perverts or changes the meaning of God’s Word. If this weren’t so it would be impossible to translate the bible from its original Greek/Hebrew languages into English since to translate often requires the use of additional words to make clear the meaning of the original texts. All the italicized words in your bible have been added for clarity sake and weren’t there in the original. It’s never a sin to help people understand God’s Word more accurately. All things are lawful for me, but not all things are helpful; all things are lawful for me, but not all things edify. (1Cor10:23) Whatever is helpful or edifying is lawful in God’s eyes. Jesus was accused for healing on the Sabbath, but He taught the Jews it isn’t forbidden to do good on the Sabbath. Likewise legal Pharisees today may say adding to the “letter” of God’s Word is evil. Who also made us sufficient as ministers of the new covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life. (2Cor3:6) Such people are in the ministry of death who only see the letter and not the life giving Spirit. To help people properly understand God’s Word is Spiritual and is a ministry of life. You shall not add to the Word which I command you, nor take from it, that you may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you. (Dt4:2) The real purpose to keeping God’s Word intact is so it may be accurately obeyed. Any kind of deletion or addition that hinders obedience to God’s Word therefore constitutes sin. This also means any interpretation of God’s Word that hinders obedience is adding or deleting from God’s Word. Thus the Once Saved/Always Saved doctrine which makes people feel saved in disobedience and excuses them from obeying God’s command to be diligent about their salvation qualifies as a wicked addition to God’s Word. Therefore, brethren, be even more diligent to make your call and election sure, for if you do these things you’ll never stumble. (2Pt1:10)

Omissions from God’s Word are also very serious, because if anything true is omitted even though the meaning of God’s Word overall may not be changed, the omission contributes to the weakening of the witnesses that confirm the Word. IN THE MOUTH OF TWO OR MORE WITNESSES LET EVERY WORD BE ESTABLISHED. (2Cor13:1) God wants you to be rooted and grounded in His Truth so His Word gives many confirmations to His true doctrines. Thus the elimination of a “witness” is a serious offense that can weaken faith.  For example in Mark 16:18 it says that a true believer would be protected even from drinking poison while in the service of the Lord. Of course we understand this as being an accidental poisoning or an attack from the wicked. Voluntarily drinking poison would be “testing God” as Jesus teaches, “It is written again, ‘You shall not tempt the LORD your God.’” (Mt4:7) This being a similar situation. Now suppose a young believer, who doesn’t yet know all the scriptures or the wiles of the devil, were standing on Mark 16:18 to survive some sort of poisonous attack he suffered while serving the Lord and a devilish false brother were to tell him Mark 16:18 wasn’t in the original bible. This could gravely damage the young believer’s faith and even cause his death. And because of your knowledge shall the weak brother perish, for whom Christ died? But when you thus sin against the brethren, and wound their weak conscience, you sin against Christ. (1Cor8:11,12) Thus these Westcott & Hort aficionados are in the ministry of casting doubt upon God’s Truth and that means they’re ministers of death and not life. And will you profane Me among My people for handfuls of barley and for pieces of bread, killing people who should not die, and keeping people alive who should not live, by your lying to My people who listen to lies? Because with lies you have made the heart of the righteous sad, whom I have not made sad; and you have strengthened the hands of the wicked, so he doesn’t turn from his wicked way to save his life. (Ezek13:19,22) Who also made us sufficient as ministers of the new covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life. (2Cor3:6)

We can examine the meaning of every verse or phrase in the MK 16:9-20 passage and prove irrefutably that every word is true, confirmed elsewhere in the scriptures (IN THE MOUTH OF TWO OR MORE WITNESSES) and also prove these verses were undeniable a part of the original as anyone with the wisdom of God or the love of the Truth in their heart can easily discern.

Now when He rose early on the first day of the week, He appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom He’d cast seven demons. She went and told those who’d been with Him, as they mourned and wept. And when they heard that He was alive and had been seen by her, they didn’t believe. (Mk16:9-11) This is confirmed in every gospel. Now on the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they and certain other women with them, came to the tomb bringing the spices which they had prepared. It was Mary Magdalene, Joanna, Mary the mother of James, and the other women with them who told these things to the apostles. And their words seemed to them like idle tales, and they didn’t believe them. (Lk24:1,10,11) Now after the Sabbath, as the first day of the week began to dawn, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary came to see the tomb. And as they went to tell His disciples, behold, Jesus met them saying, “Rejoice!” So they came and held Him by the feet and worshiped Him. Then Jesus said to them, “Don’t be afraid. Go and tell My brethren to go to Galilee, and there they’ll see Me.” Now while they were going, behold, some of the guard came into the city and reported to the chief priests all the things that had happened. When they had assembled with the elders and consulted together, they gave a large sum of money to the soldiers, saying, “Tell them, ‘His disciples came at night and stole Him away while we slept.’ And if this comes to the governor’s ears, we’ll appease him and make you secure.” So they took the money and did as they were instructed; and this saying is commonly reported among the Jews until this day. Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, to the mountain which Jesus had appointed for them. When they saw Him, they worshiped Him; but some doubted. (Mt28:1,9-17) Now the first day of the week Mary Magdalene went to the tomb early, while it was still dark, and saw that the stone had been taken away from the tomb. Jesus said to her, “Mary!” She turned and said to Him, “Rabboni!” (which is to say, Teacher). Mary Magdalene came and told the disciples that she’d seen the Lord, and that He’d spoken these things to her. (Jn20:1,16,18) And regarding the testimony concerning Mary Magdalene’s deliverance, And certain women who had been healed of evil spirits and infirmities -- Mary called Magdalene, out of whom had come seven demons. (Lk8:2)

After that, He appeared in another form to two of them as they walked and went into the country. And they went and told it to the rest, but they didn’t believe them either. (Mk16:12,13) Which is confirmed by, Now behold, two of them were traveling that same day to a village called Emmaus, which was seven miles from Jerusalem. And they talked together of all these things which had happened. So it was, while they conversed and reasoned, that Jesus Himself drew near and went with them. So they rose up that very hour and returned to Jerusalem, and found the eleven and those who were with them gathered together, saying, “The Lord is risen indeed, and has appeared to Simon!” And they told about the things that had happened on the road, and how He was known to them in the breaking of bread. (Lk24:13-15,33-35)

Later He appeared to the eleven as they sat at the table; and He rebuked their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they didn’t believe those who’d seen Him after He’d risen. (Mk16:14) This is confirmed in, Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee to the mountain which Jesus had appointed for them. When they saw Him, they worshiped Him; but some doubted. (Mt28:16,17) So they rose up that very hour and returned to Jerusalem, and found the eleven and those who were with them gathered together. Now as they said these things Jesus Himself stood in the midst of them, and said, “Peace to you.” But while they still didn’t believe for joy and marveled, He said to them, “Have you any food here?” (Lk24:33,36,41)

And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. (Mk16:15) The same is commanded by Christ in, Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. (Mt28:19) And that this was obeyed is confirmed in, If indeed you continue in the faith, grounded and steadfast, and are not moved away from the hope of the gospel which you heard, which was preached to every creature under heaven, of which I, Paul, became a minister. (Col 1:23) Notice “every creature” in both Mk16:15 and Col 1:23. We know that Paul wrote Colossians several years after Mark’s gospel was written and the use of this unusual phrase indicates strongly that Paul had read and was acquainted with Mark’s gospel AND THAT MARK’S GOSPEL CONTAINED VERSE 15 at that time.

He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who doesn’t believe will be condemned. (Mk16:16) Baptism is commanded also in, And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I’ve commanded you; and lo, I’m with you always, even to the end of the age.” (Mt28:18-20) Teaching them to “observe all things I’ve commanded you” includes teaching them to observe water baptism and be baptized. (See our Glory of His Grace publication “Baptism and Salvation.”) And when all the people heard Him, even the tax collectors justified God, having been baptized with the baptism of John. But the Pharisees and lawyers rejected the will of God for themselves, not having been baptized by him. (Lk7:29,30) If John’s baptism was of God and even Jesus submitted to it John tried to prevent Him, saying, “I need to be baptized by You, and are You coming to me?” But Jesus answered and said to him, “Permit it to be so now, for thus it’s fitting for us to fulfill all righteousness.” Then he allowed Him. (Mt3:14,15) then how much more is Jesus’ water baptism of God? And if the Pharisees didn’t submit to the baptism of John that shows their unbelief as also it’s unbelief if one who hears the gospel refuses to submit to the baptism of Christ. He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who doesn’t believe is condemned already, because he hasn’t believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. (Jn3:18)

AND THESE SIGNS WILL FOLLOW THOSE WHO BELIEVE. (Mk16:17a) The book of Acts especially shows us how God confirms the word preached by believers with multiple signs following. Then fear came upon every soul, and many wonders and signs were done through the apostles. And through the hands of the apostles many signs and wonders were done among the people. And they were all with one accord in Solomon’s Porch. Now God worked unusual miracles by the hands of Paul, so that even handkerchiefs or aprons were brought from his body to the sick, and the diseases left them and the evil spirits went out of them. (Act2:43,5:12,19:11,12) IN MY NAME THEY WILL CAST OUT DEMONS. (Mk16:17b) For unclean spirits, crying with a loud voice, came out of many who were possessed; and many who were paralyzed and lame were healed. And this she did for many days. But Paul, greatly annoyed, turned and said to the spirit, “I command you in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her.” And he came out that very hour. (Act8:7,16:18) THEY WILL SPEAK WITH NEW TONGUES. (Mk16:17c) And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. And those of the circumcision who believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because the gift of the Holy Spirit had been poured out on the Gentiles also. For they heard them speak with tongues and magnify God. To another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another discerning of spirits, to another different kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues. I thank my God I speak with tongues more than you all; Therefore, brethren, desire earnestly to prophesy, and do not forbid to speak with tongues. (Act2:4;10:45,46;1Cor12:10; 14:18,39)

THEY WILL TAKE UP SERPENTS (Mk16:18a) But when Paul had gathered a bundle of sticks and laid them on the fire, a viper came out because of the heat, and fastened on his hand. So when the natives saw the creature hanging from his hand, they said to one another, “No doubt this man is a murderer, whom, though he has escaped the sea, yet justice does not allow to live.” But he shook off the creature into the fire and suffered no harm. However, they were expecting that he’d swell up or suddenly fall down dead. But after they’d looked for a long time and saw no harm come to him, they changed their minds and said that he was a god. (Act28:3-6) AND IF THEY DRINK ANYTHING DEADLY IT WILL BY NO MEANS HURT THEM. (Mk16:18b) Although Mark is specific concerning these things that true believers will have immunity to while in the service of Christ “GO INTO ALL THE WORLD AND PREACH” Jesus Himself promises safety from all dangers. Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. (Lk10:19) “NOTHING SHALL HURT YOU” must include serpents and poisons as well as any other dangers. THEY WILL LAY HANDS ON THE SICK AND THEY WILL RECOVER. (Mk16:18c) Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. (Jms5:14) And it happened that the father of Publius lay sick of a fever and dysentery. Paul went in to him and prayed, and he laid his hands on him and healed him. (Act28:8)

So then, after the Lord had spoken to them, He was received up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God. (Mk16:19) Reiterated in, Now when He’d spoken these things, while they watched, He was taken up, and a cloud received Him out of their sight. Therefore being exalted to the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, He poured out this which you now see and hear. (Act1:9;2:33)

And they went out and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them and confirming the Word through the accompanying signs. Amen. (Mk16:20) Confirmed by many verses in Acts as well as, In mighty signs and wonders, by the power of the Spirit of God, so that from Jerusalem and round about to Illyricum I have fully preached the gospel of Christ. (Rom15:19)

So you see nothing in Mk 16:9-20 violates the meaning of the true gospel or anything Jesus or His disciples have taught. But Mk 16 actually strongly agrees with things Christ and His apostles have taught elsewhere. This leads us to question what possible motives do these “liberals” have in trying to cast doubt upon those verses. The only conceivable answer is they want to weaken the Word of God by eliminating a very potent area of reference to the power of Christ manifesting in true believers but which can’t be found in the experience or testimonies of these false “liberal” theologians who are by no means Spiritual if they can even be called carnal or intellectual “believers.” From what you see here their evil motivations should be as clear as who they serve. You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and doesn’t stand in the Truth, because there’s no Truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he’s a liar and the father of it. (Jn8:44) But what I do, I’ll also continue to do, that I may cut off the opportunity from those who desire an opportunity to be regarded just as we are in the things of which they boast. For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into apostles of Christ. And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light. Therefore it’s no great thing if his ministers also transform themselves into ministers of righteousness, whose end will be according to their works. (2Cor11:12-15)

But the final and most damning argument against these wicked allegations that Mark didn’t write Mk16:9-20 is that without the verses 9-20 the book of Mark is left without an ending, as though Mark stopped writing in the middle of the story of the resurrection. So they went out quickly and fled from the tomb, for they trembled and were amazed. And they said nothing to anyone, for they were afraid. (Mk16:8) It’s totally inconceivable that God, the Holy Spirit or even Mark himself would leave this gospel unfinished. Furthermore, if you compare the endings of Mathew, Luke and even John in many ways they’re quite similar to the way Mark ends his gospel in verses 9-20; not identical but in no way contradictory. Therefore the question of the so called addition of Mk16:9-20 is mute. There’s nothing in these verses that isn’t confirmed to be true by other scriptures, nor can their absence be considered a real possibility as to deny their place in Mark is to say God left the book incomplete. Those who’ve tried to promote this wicked heresy are fools and blind guides totally devoid of any real knowledge of God or understanding of His Word and Truth. They should be shunned and abhorred by all true believers, and their erroneous bible commentaries disregarded. The NIV and NASB are the most popular bibles originally based on the Westcott and Hort erroneous Greek texts therefore they are heretical bibles. KJV and NKJV do not use the Westcott and Hort texts. (For a more detailed discussion of The Mark 16 Controversy see our Glory of His Grace book “The Children’s Bread/The Lord Gives Strength”)

Prophecy: The false church around you today doesn’t know My joy. They don’t know how sweet it is to trust in Jesus. They’re in constant burden and sorrow; claiming to know Me, claiming they’re My children, yet there’s no happiness or peace or joy found in them. But I’m calling you My people to trust and obey Me. I’m raising you up to be a people who are so one with Me, that everything you do is by My Spirit and My blessings are poured out upon you in an awesome way. And those around you are going to see your joy. They’ll see the joy of the Lord is your strength. They’ll see you as a people who are glad and who rejoice in all situations. And I’ll cause those of My elect to ask you and to come to find out, “Why are you so joyous? What’s your strength? Why are you such a happy people?” And this will be an occasion for you to show them, “We obey the Lord. We trust in God and it’s sweet to trust and obey Jesus.” They’ll see your joy is because you obey Me and through your obedience I bless and I pour out My Spirit abundantly upon you. This is what I want you to do My people, to be one with Me and show those around you those who are truly Mine and one with Me have the joy of the Lord and are glad because they trust in the Lord. I say, be one with Me. Look to Me everyday to be one with My Spirit and I’ll show you the very things that are My will to do. And as you do them My blessings will be poured out upon you as some of you know even now. But for those who won’t obey, you’ll not know that My yoke is easy and burden is light. You’ll not know the joy of the Lord and you’ll not have My gladness and peace in your heart. But for those who do, My Spirit is with you and My blessings are with you, thus saith the Lord.

Prophecy: I’ve spoken forth and brought to life the Glory of His Grace for it’s My purpose to establish true Spiritual Christianity in the earth today. I’ve made it a slap in the face to those who’ve perverted and torn up My Word by their own desires, and it has shown forth My Truth as the scriptures confirm! There are many who are seeing these Truths for the first time and they’re rejoicing mightily to have found a beacon of Truth that they can learn from. These things I’ve done, for I have called you at “My Father’s House” to be a light, a beacon, to stand against the evil tide and bring back My Truth in a mighty way that all those who’ve chosen their own ways will be ashamed and brought to nothing. The mountains of lies are being brought down. The true paths are being set forth. A straight way is being opened up to the nations that they may make their way to Zion and find the Truth and worship Me in righteousness and holiness on My holy mountain in the way I’ve established, I’ve called, and I’ve set forth, thus saith the Lord.
