Accursed Christians A publication of My Father's House, inc. Volume 1//Issue 1 But I fear lest somehow as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, so your minds may be corrupted from the simplicity that’s in Christ. For if he who comes preaches another Jesus whom we haven’t preached, or if you receive a different gospel which you had not accepted, you may very well put up with it. (2Cor.11:3,4) But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel than we’ve preached to you let him be ACCURSED! (Gal 1:8) These scriptures prove that Christians who once knew the true gospel, may become corrupted and even accursed as they receive, witness to, or preach a different Christ, or gospel than that which was originally delivered to the saints! BEWARE BELOVED The dangerous influences Paul warns of in these epistles have already infiltrated much of the present day church to such an extent that many “christians” may have never been acquainted with the actual Christ or true gospel. CIVILIZED IDOLATRY! In Old Testament times men created idols of their own making and worshipped “demons” that weren’t gods… (1Cor10:20) Today in “civilized” society, men create an idol of their imagination; (2Cor10:5) a god who condones and approves of their temporal ways and ungodly thoughts; one who says “Peace! God loves you!” While encouraging them in their worldly and self-interested pursuits! Like the false prophets of Old Testament times (Jer23) these demon gods mislead their followers, guiding them in paths of destruction; soothing them with words of comfort in the face of God’s imminent wrath! Externally they may look like Jesus, but internally they present no threat to an un-Christ-like lifestyle! They “have a form of godliness, but deny the power thereof!” (2Tim3:5) It’s a different spirit than Christ! There’s nothing to change their victim’s life - NO POWER TO SAVE! They promise salvation, but they don’t form Christ in their followers! EXAMINE YOURSELVES as to whether you’re in the faith! Prove yourselves! Don’t you know yourselves that Jesus Christ is in you? Unless indeed you fail the test! (2Cor13:5) You believe in Jesus, but which Jesus do you believe? You’re sure you’re saved, but on what is your surety based? Does your Christ measure up to the scriptures? Does your life measure up to Christ? (1Jn4:17) Do you know His commandments? Do you do them? (1Jn14:15,24) Or do you imagine everything is fine - after all you’re as good a Christian as most! But this is the way the pagans think! In the futility of their mind, having their eyes darkened because of the ignorance that’s in them… (Eph.4:17,18) The believer’s faith must be based on knowledge, and his knowledge must be based on Truth! You say “God is Love” and you speak rightly, but do you know the nature and power of godly love? There are those who have a sentimental notion that because God is love He won’t judge or send anyone to hell! Beware brethren! Sentimentalism is a counterfeit of the Spirit! It’s not faith, but it’s sensuality and flesh! Spirituality is a righteousness of faith based on Truth. It’s not based on feeling! The high standards of God’s love are seen throughout the Scriptures. Godly love is protective, and begets holiness… Holiness is safety. (Is35:8,9) It’s a barrier to every enemy of God’s eternal life! Righteousness keeps holiness! Justice enforces righteousness! And God’s wrath upholds justice! These unsentimental, effectual forces all flow powerfully from God’s love! It’s God’s love that extends patience, mercy and grace to save us, before His justice, judgment and wrath must be loosed upon us. Mercy, patience and grace are attributes of God’s love that extend to the sinner a space to repent; to return to God's love and holiness before receiving a destruction that is just! God’s grace doesn’t excuse the sinner! It unites him in mercy to the justice and wrath of Christ’s cross, then raises him in the power of the resurrected Christ: the power of salvation, holiness and righteousness, that he may learn to sin no more! Beware of any revelation of God that doesn’t include all of God’s character as shown in the scriptures! God has given us the Bible so we can test and examine our doctrines to see if our “God” and our “Christ” are true! Many today who claim to be Christians seem to believe their standard of love and morality is higher than God’s. They reject much of God’s Word as cruel or barbaric as though they themselves had invented goodness and now they can teach Christ! “God wouldn’t kill!” they say! “God won’t make anyone sick!” Do you know the Father better than Jesus? Will you rebuke our Lord! Wouldn’t the Son of God rightly say to you “Get thee behind Me satan, for you savor not the things of God, but the things of the world?” Jesus says, “Fear God who after He’s killed hath power to cast into hell!” (Lk12:5) Paul says, “Many are weak and sick among you… For when we’re judged we’re chastened by the Lord…” (1Cor11:30-32) God’s love will destroy when men continually reject Him. God’s love will heal when men sincerely repent! Is it not from the mouth of the Most High that woe and well being proceed? (Lam3:38) If you’d know God, you must not pervert the meaning of God’s holy words to make them fit your soulish preconceptions! Worship God, yes! But fear Him also! Love Him, but fear Him! We must love and fear God as a child loves and fears a father who’ll soundly correct any misbehavior. He’ll reward your good, but will surely chasten your sin! Behold the goodness and severity of God: on those who fell severity; but toward you goodness, if you continue being good… (Rom11:22) And Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men… (2Cor5:11) Paul tells us that holiness is perfected in the fear of God! (2Cor7:1) MODERN HERETICS Reject the righteous God of the bible in favor of an idol of their own imaginations! They create a sentimental Christ custom fitted for the “love generation”! They search the scriptures for the words to support their humanistic doctrine, but reject or pervert any word that conflicts with their carnal ideologies! This “love” has no holiness, no safety, no wisdom, no faith, no power and no godly works! This is the love of the false prophet! He feigns love for acceptance. He won’t speak the Truth, lest he offend and lose his position, friends, followers. He’d rather speak condoning words that strengthen the arm of the flesh. He paves the road to hell with soothing flatteries! Such love can’t free, can’t heal, can’t change lives and can’t SAVE! It’s an ungodly love, a demonic love. It’s the curse of a FALSE GOSPEL! The spirit of the false prophet is common within our churches. “But prophecy should edify, exhort, comfort!” You say. Yes indeed, but true prophecy must edify, exhort and comfort the spiritual! God given prophecy touches the heart with Truth! But when all prophesy the unbeliever or the uniformed person will be convicted, judged… the secrets of his heart are revealed and falling down on his face, he’ll worship God and report that God is truly among you! (1Cor14:25) There is room for chastening, admonition and godly correction in true prophecy. But there are MANY COUNTERFEITS! Individuals and organizations who form an unyielding, fixed doctrine of Christ that will accept no expanding revelation of God are captives of one of the most common spirits of error. It’s true that Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever, (Heb13:8) and that we must contend earnestly for the faith that was delivered once for the saints. (Jude3) Yet it’s also true that our revelation of God is not complete and we can’t put a God who’s greater than the universe into the relatively limited box of human understanding. DON’T LIMIT GOD! As with any relationship with a living person, our knowledge of God will continually grow, always expanding in line with previously revealed Truth but often exposing previous errors and adding much light to our incomplete understanding of past revelations! Those individuals and organizations who preach an inflexibly fixed doctrine are snared in a dead relationship with our living GOD! Like paper flowers, they may look like Christians but they aren’t the real thing! If there’s no growth, there’s no life! And there are certain to be many incomplete truths and even gross errors. Like the church of Sardis, Christ would say to them, “You have a name that you’re alive, but you are dead!” (Rev3:1) Keep your hearts and minds open and hungry! Always seek more of Christ and more knowledge of His ways! Our Christian call is based on the fact that Jesus is unassailably the Son of God, the resurrected Messiah, our redeemer and our connection to the Godhead. We know some things. But we want to know HIM! And to know HIM better and better! Our faith is in Christ. He knows and is the only way to the Father. (Mt11:27) As we yield to Him, He’ll help us through the Holy Spirit to an increasing knowledge of and unity with the Father. (Jn17:2,3) We must also be willing to repent of previous, perhaps even childish ideas of God in order to receive the increasing spiritual knowledge of the real God. This is a continuing work of revelation that ceases anytime we stop hungering for more or anytime we pridefully feel we know it all! If we say we see our sin remains! (Jn9: 41) TRUE CHRISTIANITY IS CHRIST IN YOU The hope of glory! (Col 1:27) If Christ isn’t in you, or if the Christ in you isn’t the real Christ, then your gospel is accursed and you have no real hope of entering God’s glory! John says, “He who says he abides in Christ ought himself to walk just as Christ walked.” (1Jn2:6) Let no one deceive you. True Christianity isn’t composed of a few very Christ-like saints among a mass of worldly “believers!” Every true Christian, is predestined by God to be conformed to the image of Christ! (Rom8:29) That means you’re to be conformed to His righteousness, His holiness, His unselfishness, His total all consuming desire to please the Father, and His willingness to deny Himself and give up everything to accomplish the will of God! This is the true Christ and there’s only one! He’s the same yesterday, today, and forever (Heb13:8) and if He’s in you and you’re in Him you’ll think like Him, (1Cor2:16) and act like Him! (1Jn4:17) You’ll have peace in the flames of affliction, joy in the jaws of persecution, faith in the face of adversity! You’ll love those who hate you and bless those who curse you! Your life will be a glorious testimony to the saving and heart-changing power of God! You’ll be a blessing to the church, a hope to the lost, and a provocation to all ungodliness! If this isn’t your Christian testimony, you aren’t walking in the true Spirit of Christ! BEWARE BELOVED! Ø Any gospel that allows you to set your affections on things of this world instead of things above is an accursed gospel! Ø Any gospel that says you don’t have to pick up your cross and follow Christ is an accursed gospel! Ø Any gospel that implies you need not lose your life to save it, is an accursed gospel! Ø Any gospel that offers you the desires of the flesh and mind is an accursed gospel! Ø Any gospel that says you need not walk in the Spirit of Jesus Christ; His righteousness, His self-denial, His concentration upon pleasing the Father, is accursed gospel! Ø Any gospel that says you don’t have to manifest the fruit of the Spirit; love, joy, peace, to be saved is an accursed gospel! Ø Any gospel that tolerates the works of the flesh: selfish anger, contention, division, frustrations, is an accursed gospel! Ø Any gospel that tells you how to make God do your bidding, rather than how you may do His is an accursed gospel! Ø Any gospel that says be patient with sin in your life; repent later, become holy later, is an accursed gospel! The standard is high. It’s Jesus Himself! You can’t attain to this in your own efforts, but you can confess your need for it and ask Christ to do it in you. With your repentance and cooperation He can save you and perfect His life in you! The price you must pay is your life in this world. The way is faith and receiving the Spirit of Christ, including His: ü Death – to all desires of the world! ü Burial – ceasing self-initiated activity! ü Resurrection – living for the glory and service of God alone! A GOOD TREE Doesn’t produce bad fruit – not even a little! A good gospel doesn’t produce un-Christ-like Christians! What’s your tree producing? Galatians describes the fruit of the BAD TREE: “Now the works of the flesh are easily seen. They include adultery, sex sins, uncleanness, lewdness, wanton behavior, lustful desires, covetousness, wanting worldly things, idolatry, sorcery, mind power, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, frustrations, selfish ambitions, murderous anger, destructive acts, drunkenness, careless living, dangerous behavior, foolishness, worldly celebrations, partyings, revelries, and such similar things, the like of which I tell you beforehand… that those who practice such things WILL NOT INHERIT THE KINGDOM OF GOD! (Gal 5:19-21) If you’re still producing any of these evil fruit, then you’re not saved! You haven’t put off the old man, the flesh nature. You’re still allowing your heart and actions to be affected by and to express the selfish and ungodly desires of the JUDAS NATURE! If anyone may have thought he was saved, it might have been Judas! He had been chosen by the Lord Jesus Himself to be among the Apostles. He’d heard the Words of our Lord personally, and seen His mighty works. Judas was personally involved in miracles and healings when he was sent out two by two with the twelve… Who’d have thought Judas would die the death of the damned, hung on a tree and cursed to hell forever! But Judas represents the bad tree. His is the sin nature of unregenerate man; and the flesh of the “old man” in those who’ve come to Christ! The Judas in you doesn’t deserve to live! He has no real love for God, only for what God can do for him! He has no real hunger for God, only for the things that God might give him! He’ll sit at God’s table, he’ll eat God’s bread, he’ll pretend to listen to God’s Words, but his heart isn’t in it! He’ll never give anything of substance in return! He has no gratitude, no loyalty, and no love to give for all of his love is spent on himself! He could never lay his life down for a friend! The day Judas sees you can’t give him what he wants, he’ll turn on you! He’ll sell you out for his own advancement! He’ll trade your life to forward his selfish dreams! He believes in God, but won’t receive the nature of God! Even when he repents, his sorrow is only for himself! Judas can’t see or feel the hurt his selfish behavior has brought others. When he fails, he’s only aware of the curse on himself! “I’m caught!” He says, “It’s over for me now, I’m doomed!” Never does the thought occur to him “God forgive me! What pain I’ve caused You and so many of Your people! Change me Lord! Help me be holy and good like You!” Judas can never inherit the Kingdom of God and if you don’t crucify him and give him no place in you, he’ll betray you and undo your salvation! He’ll crucify again the Son of God in you, and put Christ to an open shame! (Heb6:6) He’ll trample Jesus underfoot, count the blood of the covenant a common thing and insult the Spirit of Grace! (Heb10:29) Beloved, your salvation isn’t secure until you’ve destroyed your Judas! Judas follows an ACCURSED CHRISTIANITY! Judas preaches an ACCURSED GOSPEL! Judas is a type of an ACCURSED CHRISTIAN and you’ll be accursed with him unless he’s removed completely from your soul! Nor shall you allow an abomination in your house, lest you be doomed to destruction with it; but you shall utterly detest it and abhor it, for it is accursed! (Dt7:26) Receive no gospel that gives Judas any place in you! Reject him totally by receiving the death of Christ as your death, for Judas is the YOU who must die to receive Christ! Judas is the YOU that you were without Christ! He’s still the one in you who can’t understand or hear God! He’s the one who pouts and feels sorry for himself! He hurts and wants to strike back! He murmurs to himself and feels cheated and mislead by God! If you’ll receive it, he’s your sin that God had to strike upon the cross! The bad tree that necessitated Jesus’ death! The YOU who deserved to die in Christ’s stead! Now kill him! Kill the Judas in you that Christ may live! Those that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires! (Gal 5:24) THE GOOD TREE! True Christianity produces the actual life of Christ in YOU! The Spirit of Christ in you will resist your flesh, and will lead you to live in Him, to work in Him and to walk in Him, and to rest in Him. Christ will shepherd you into His promised land, where His love, joy, and peace are yours. Even in the crisis of life, you’ll bear good fruit, and it’ll be plainly evident that yours is the GOOD TREE! The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there’s no law! (Gal 5:22,23) If there’s no law there’s NO CURSE! This fruit doesn’t have to be worked up! The Christian who is truly in Christ’s Spirit is doing God’s will and loving it! He’s dead to the world and to sin! His joy is unfeigned and his peace is unshakeable, for his conscience is clear and God’s love is perfected in him! Most “christians” have compromised with the world and settled far short of walking in Christ’s Spirit! They choose a church that preaches easy doctrines which make no demands on them! A place where repentance is absent or insincere, never touching their real sins! They repent for un-named sins or token sins! “God forgive the sins I don’t know about, I repent!” Repentance is turning away and you can’t turn from something you haven’t seen! True repentance follows real conviction of identified faults! In a Godly church the Holy Spirit will bring you into conviction and expose every area that’s not Christ-like! A true gospel brings real repentance that Christ may truly be formed in you! Anything else is accursed and will bring sorrow, frustration, bondage and oppression – not blessing! Only Truth can set you free! Beloved, we’ve spoken boldly to dethrone flesh and destroy deception in the lives of our afflicted brethren! But it’s never our purpose to condemn! If you’ve seen any source of your problems here and wish to repent, know for sure the blood of Jesus is sufficient to cleanse you from all unrighteousness! It’s time for you to crucify your Judas! To forsake the world! To set your affections on things above! Have you been following Christ in Truth, for His glory! Or expecting Him to bless your things! Are you ready to be set free from a CURSED CHRISTIANITY and to receive the BLESSED GOSPEL, the true power of God to salvation! Then beloved, pray with us A PRAYER OF REPENTANCE! Lord Jesus be merciful! I’ve been living for myself, serving my own ends, doing my own things and asking You to bless! I’ve not been walking in Your Spirit! Forgive me now and make me completely Yours! Help me crucify my flesh and set my affections fully on Your Kingdom above! Fill my heart with the desire and ability to glorify You alone! Help me live only for Your pleasure Lord! Conform me fully to Your image that I might know You in the power of Your resurrection, the fellowship of Your sufferings and in conformity to Your death! Give me the ears to hear when You correct me Lord, and the heart to repent in sincerity! This is my prayer Lord, and I know it is Your will for me, so I thank You for performing it, in Your precious name Jesus, AMEN! P.S. Over 20 years ago the Lord Jesus Christ personally called Pastor Bill Taylor to issue a publication that was to instruct God’s people in the sound doctrine which accords with Godliness and to expose the apostasy of the fallen churches. This publication was to clearly warn and call God’s people out of Babylon, out of fleshly carnal forms of Christianity, out of the worldly church and into the true way of Jesus Christ. Jesus said to name this publication The Glory of His Grace. Pastor Taylor was not disobedient to the Heavenly mandate. "Accursed Christians" is a reprint of the very first issue of The Glory of His Grace and the very significant message Jesus first gave to Pastor Taylor for God’s people, at the beginning of this work. Those of you who’ve been reading what God has spoken here can clearly see God's message hasn’t changed. The corruption, the apostasy, and the ear tickling of what calls itself Christianity in these last days has increased until many can no longer endure sound doctrine. God’s warning has been clear and we at “My Father’s House” can sincerely state that we’re free from the blood of all men – for we haven’t shunned to declare to you the whole counsel of God. To those who have despised God’s word and haven’t heeded the sound of this trumpet – God isn’t mocked – your blood is on your own hands. (Act20:26,27;Ezek33:4,5)
