Letter 4 To Pastor Bill and the Congregation at "My Father’s House," 3/30/07 Thank you for your faithfulness in serving our Lord Jesus Christ; for laying down your lives and doing the will of God. Since I’ve been in prison, no other ministry has responded to prayer requests and questions as promptly and faithfully as you have! My eyes have been opened to the Truth with the Holy Ghost bearing witness as I read the Glory of His Grace books. There’ve been many times that God has taught me something in His Word and shortly after He will confirm it through the Glory of His Grace books. For example, God showed me if Abraham were your Father, you’d do the works of Abraham. I learned that I must do the works of Abraham in order to be blessed with faithful Abraham, “being faithful.” Shortly after this I received one of the Glory of His Grace books confirming what I’d been shown by God. I’m seeing now what it means to be in the faith. I see how these false teachers are teaching saved by grace through faith (Ephesians 2:8) and not teaching people how to examine themselves to see if they’re even in the faith. Only those led by the Spirit of God are the sons of God. (Romans 8:14) If I live after the flesh I’m going to die. (Romans 8:13) And we know what the works of the flesh are. (Galatians 5:19-21) And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. (Galatians 5:24) Only if I’ve crucified my flesh and don’t live after it am I a Christian going to heaven. I thank God for the books you’ve sent me. As I was reading one the other day it brought tears to my eyes as I could see the sin and error that had been in my life. The conviction has been so strong in me and my brother James in the bunk next to me; it’s amazing just looking at the changes it’s made in us. I’ve seen so much growth in James, the things he does and says and the light that’s shining in his eyes; how he will fast and fight to do the will of God and receive correction, also the things he has given up to serve the Lord. Pastor Bill, I can sure see the difference between the real and the fake, the false and the true. I can see Jesus working in him and I also see it being done through the Glory of His Grace teachings. The peace and joy we have and the love between us in Christ is amazing. I see that my desires have turned to see what he needs and what can I do for my brother to help him grow and get stronger in the Lord; the love of God working in me. I give all the glory to God! Months ago, God had been convicting me about going to our chapel services and sitting under the Baptist chaplain and others. The Holy Spirit was showing me the error in their teachings. The conviction was very strong as I could see the Truth in the Glory of His Grace teachings. James and I stopped going and right away the enemy attacked us, but we stood strong and God has surely blessed us. I’ve received deliverance from all kinds of bondage and healings in my body. James was filled with Holy Spirit and spoke in tongues boldly. His testimony of how he could feel Jesus in him is awesome. I’ve shared with others about the Baptist and how they reject the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and also speaking in tongues contrary to “Forbid not to speak with tongues.” (1Corinthians 14:39) I’ve showed people in the scriptures how the Baptism of the Holy Spirit is for today. (Acts 2:4,17,18,38,39) And if the Baptists were Gods servants then how come they don’t prophesy in these last days as God clearly said His servants would. (Acts2: 17,18) Which clearly started on the day of Pentecost (Acts 2:1-4) when they received the Baptism of the Holy Ghost. Also in (Galatians 3:14) how we receive through Jesus Christ the promise of the Spirit through faith; which the Baptists aren’t in the faith or they’d have the Holy Spirit. The Baptist’s talk about having the Holy Spirit, but there’s no manifestation or evidence of the Holy Spirit. If they had the Holy Spirit they’d operate in the gifts of the Holy Spirit. I’ve shown people (2John 9) how if they don’t abide in the doctrine (teaching) of Christ, they don’t have God. And I take them to (Mark 16:15-17) and show them the doctrine (teaching) of Christ where He says “these signs shall follow those who believe”… “they shall speak with new tongues.” Also (2John 9-11) if they don’t bring this doctrine, they don’t have God and we’re not to receive them, greet them or partake of their evil deeds. Romans 16:17-18 says to mark them and avoid them if they cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which I’ve learned and avoid them because they don’t serve our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple. If they had Christ in them they’d bring Christ’s doctrine as Mark 16 and so many other chapters and verses clearly speak of concerning the Holy Spirit and the gifts. Pastor Bill, these people don’t have a love for the Truth and God has sent them strong delusion that they should believe the lie as 2Thessalonians 2:10,11 says. I’ve clearly shown these things to many people in the Word here in prison, and they just ignore them and disobey God. They think they can serve God however they want to, but I can clearly see where they’re headed! Only those that do the will of God will enter Heaven. (Matthew 7:21) I praise God for all that he’s doing through “My Father’s House.” Thank you for not shunning to declare all the counsel of God! In Jesus’ Name, D.W. |
