Letter 3 Dear Pastor Taylor, 03/30/07 Praise the Lord! I just wanted to write a short note to say Thank You for all you do to bless us with the fine literature of the Glory of His Grace. I know it requires a major sacrifice of your time and money to produce such a Spirit filled publication. Wisdom such as is provided in these glorious publications can only come by much fasting and prayer. I just wanted you to know if I had the resources, I would gladly help so that these powerful publications could continue to reach those of us behind the fences that hunger for the Truth. I admire your fortitude to speak the Truth the way it needs to be spoken. I’ll be honest in saying that much of the time I am pricked in my heart because of something you’ve written corrects me about an area of my walk that needs some attention, but I like it that way. For years I listened to the father of lies and his false ministers and now I appreciate what a blessing it is to be acquainted with a man who has the boldness of the Holy Ghost to preach and write what a person needs to hear to be in Christ. How else am I to even hope to be in Christ, a son of the living God? Before I came across the first Glory of His Grace, satan used the false christians to try to convince me I was living in a fantasy land, and that I was unrealistic to think I could ever be Christ-like, but the Word of God plainly points out that not only can we be perfect like Jesus, but we must. Because of my beliefs on salvation (Acts 2:38) and my stand for holiness and sanctification, I’ve been mocked, ridiculed and pretty much disfellowshipped from anyone professing to be a Christian, which I consider an honor because I believe this is a type of the cup Jesus spoke of. Because of being the only one who seemed to see what you plainly teach and believe to be true, I’ll admit the adversary had me on the spiritual ropes. But just like our God, being right on time, He allowed all He’d been teaching me to be confirmed through your ministry of the Glory of His Grace. Thank you Pastor Taylor and the assembly there at “My Father’s House” for your loving sacrifice. I was able to obtain about 30 more booklets that someone had discarded and have been studying them diligently. I just finished “Walking Worthy.” What a spiritual eye opener that was. I’m now about to begin “Of Sons and Servants.” I’m doing as brother Jeff McGuire suggested preparing to be a part of the brethren at “My Father’s House” by studying and reading every one of the Glory of His Grace books. I ordered five more of your books and I felt the Lord leading me to start from the beginning and go through each one thoroughly. If you feel I need to read a certain book, please feel free to instruct me in this area. I know you’re trying to redeem the time and this letter is becoming a little lengthy so I’ll try to finish up. I read “Christian Showoffs” and I can surely understand what you’re saying. I don’t go through anything like what you do. Please stay encouraged! I’ve been treated in just about every fashion you can imagine, for simply telling the Truth. I’ve probably done so with 350 to 400 people, but only a dozen have been “born again” in 11 years of sharing the Truth. But that is 11 souls that will make heaven their home if they endure to the end! Amen! I love all of you at “My Fathers House.” Please keep feeding Jesus’ sheep! We need you! Brother J. |
